Terrible Experience – Avoid This Shop
I went to this auto shop through GIECO, expecting a reasonable estimate since it's an authorized location. Instead, they gave me a quote that was 250% higher than other auto shops. They exaggerated a fender replacement, pushing for a total loss, and when I disagreed with the estimate, they charged me a significant fee to release my car. This shop is unethical and dishonest. Avoid it if you don't want to be overcharged or lose your vehicle.

Kelly & Noelle at the front desk were wonderful! So friendly and helpful. They made the experience very pleasant. I appreciated the constant updates. The work on the vehicle was great. No complaints. I also loved the convenience of being able to obtain the rental vehicle right there and drop it off right there. All around very happy with the experience and would use Branning again if needed.

This is where you go to get your car messed up even more after an accident. Been here several times and it always an issue b/c they work too fast and think too highly of their work. They’ll leave Loose bolts on doors, sub in inferior after-market parts instead of the real deal, break your cooling intake regulator (in my case) and their attitudes are mid at best and don’t forget inexplainable delays.
These guys will mess stuff up on your car and then blame you for it.
There are a ton of other auto body shops in the area.
Go to Auto Pro Collission of Piscataway Auto on Lakeview past the quick check. Better work, prices, scenery and attitudes.

Great folks to work with, did an excellent job after I got sideswiped, they estimated 12 days got it done in about a week. Great response times and super attentive whenever you call. Car looks brand new again

I would request the team to be little polite while speaking with customer. Some people might not aware of many policy of insurance and we trust on your conversation with them regarding how you will be going with the repair. Even though the repair work was good but kindly show little good attitude while speaking with customers. We trust so we come to you otherwise it will not be late to go out of business if you dont value the customer.

I brought in my Tesla Model Y for repair due to getting side-swiped by another vehicle. While in repair, they (Sarah and Alex) kept me informed on the repair status. Their communication was very transparent and professional. They called me as soon as my car was ready for pickup. The repair job was fantastic and could not have been done better by anyone else than Carlos at Branning Collision Center. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their car repaired. I will, if needed, be definitely going back to them for repairs in future.

Recently had an incident with my car and had to visit Branning's for repair work. I am very impressed with the repair work. Rear bumper and tailgate were replaced. Work done was immaculate. Right from estimation visit till delivery everything went seamless. Special shoutout to Carlos. Will definitely refer to my friends and close ones.

Overall a very positive experience.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
I did need to bring the vehicle back for Spots that were missed in the initial repair, but these repairs were completed in a timely fashion.
My four year old car looks like new after the superb work that they did!

I could not be happier with the recent service we received at Branning Auto! I had an accident, and my car needed some TLC, and my insurance recommended them. I spoke to Carlos, and he took care of everything; Branning took the vehicle in immediately to evaluate the situation and got my Civic up and running again. I highly recommend them!

AWFUL!!!! Unreliable, impossible to get in contact with anyone, do not return voice mails.
When I finally got in contact with someone they (were incredibly rude) and told me my car was ready, but they were waiting on the wheel covers. They didn't do the alignment yet because they were waiting for them, but If I wanted they could do the alignment and I could come back to get the wheel covers put on when they come in, because they have no idea when they will get there. At no point did they tell me this until I called. Why would I continue to pay for a rental when my car is drivable?!? All they had to do was call to say that it was done and to just come back for the wheel covers but instead they just let it sit there for days while I pay for a rental. If your insurance suggests this place go literally anywhere else. I am assuming the fact that insurance companies send cars there is the only reason they are in business.
Awful customer service, awful communication, awful experience.

Great service and friendly staff. I was referred by an insurance company to repair my car. Branning is partner with car rental company. From my standpoint, it's very convenient that I can return my rental car either in Branning or in car rental place.
