“Woke up to a flat and they took me without an appointment. The staff and manager (I believe his name was Terrell but I may be mistaken) were super helpful and met all my needs even though they were busy. They got everything fixed pointed out problems that I had time to think about to get done and made sure the price was perfect. Def makin them my go to spot for my car!”
“I had a great experience with Manoj and Junior at Advanced Auto Center.
I had a problem with the engine light. Manoj told me to come within an hour since he was very busy with other customers.
When I came back it took not less than 5 minutes to solve my problem without taking any fee!!!

Update to my previous review James saved the day he saw me putting air in my tires and came over to assist me. He offered to put my car on the lift and make sure that my tire wasn't losing air upon looking at my tire he realized the stem was bad he replaced the stem for me immediately and took care of everything I highly recommend the team at Mavis in Marlborough James was amazing,!!!! Five stars is not enough of a rating to give these guys they deserve 10 especially James! again the team at Mavis discount tire came through in a huge way I love the team at this location Bob and Fady and Chase were all very nice and helpful”
“Honest service center that I will always take my cars to. I don’t worry about being ripped off or over charged. I had a VW with weird wanting lights that I brought to them. They tried figuring out the issue and could not and recommended I take to a VW dealership. When I asked them what it cost for the diagnostic etc they said nothing since they couldn’t resolve it. Took it to VW and it was some weird glitch and a simple tire pressure sensor that was bugging out everything else Charged me $1k for it! Hendersons is my first stop for all my car needs.”

“We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.
One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.
Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”

I let Jamie know what I was hearing a thump sound over bumps. Wasn't recurring sound. They were able diagnosed the issue. The stabilizer bar was old and had cracked recommended replacing both. Took pictures sent them to me. I could see exactly the issue. Very happy with the service the truck is riding great. I am looking at replacing the rear stabilizer bars now.”

“My brother brought his custom wheel and tire setup here that costs a few thousand dollars. We’ve never been here before and only went based on the reviews. Overall it’s a great shop and I wouldn’t trust or recommend anyone else. It’s incredible how fast you are in and out. Under an hour to mount and balance the tires and on a separate occasion it was also under an hour to align the car.”
