Had someone from ExamOne come to my house to draw blood for a life insurance application. The results I received for cholesterol and A1C numbers were so wildly off from what is normal for me that I had my own doctor run separate labs a week later out of concern for my health. My doctor's labs confirmed that the numbers I got from ExamOne were over ONE HUNDRED points off in total cholesterol, over FIFTY points off in LDL, and over ONE HUNDRED FIFTY points off in triglycerides. My A1C numbers were of by .7 points which is A TON in the diabetic scale. Either my blood sample was switched with another patient or they are just falsifying numbers to please insurance companies. Would not trust this place EVER.

Not good so far. Trying to get a blood allergy test for my husband via Curex and I can’t even get through to them. Every time it connects, the phone disconnects from their end. Someone was supposed to call me back but never did so I had to call back. So far, no luck with scheduling anything.

I have never felt compelled to write a negative review about any company until now. I was set up to do a screening for a life insurance policy. Appointment was made a month in advance and received no confirmation until I called the morning of to make sure. Receptionist was rude & unprofessional when I called, almost offended I called to confirm. I waited an hour for the nurse to arrive before calling back, only to find out she had "called out"! No call, text, email anything. Insurance company called Examone to complain and reschedule the next available appointment for today. I called Examone to confirm and provided me with the nurses phone number to confirm, SHE canceled again! Stated she left a voicemail, but received no call or voicemail. On and on we go! AVOID AT ALL COST

I have been trying to reach someone at ExamOne for 7 days to schedule a blood test. I have called at least 10 times, but cannot reach anyone. I got one return phone call 4 days ago, but in trying to call back, I still cannot get through to someone to help me. I called just now to try Customer Service instead of the appointment line and while on hold got a message that they were busy assisting other patients... and then hung up on...? This is unbelievably bad customer service.

Worst experience. Horrible waiting room. Attendant failed to drawblood trying 3 times. I have never have had issues and now had to reschedule.
