Wow, Terrible experience. Window came in slightly late the first time. Wasn't ours! Ok, mistakes happen. Tried to order a new one, but they said they would 'find it'. 4 weeks later they found it alright. Looked kike it was ripped out of a house, dirty and even had used chewing gum on it!!! There was caulk on it (must have been used) they said they would refund us or it would be another 3 weeks for a window. Then they became nasty and won't refund us. We'll they did offer us an insulting refund. Look at the pics. Save your time and money, USE A BETTER MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY. The insulation was ripped off as well

I had a problem with my sling back door .today Sean and Eric come replace my door there did so wonderful job .I'm so happy .I like to recommend all my friends for united windows &door they are wonderful job and so nice people

Very disappointed with my windows. We paid extra for the black windows and you can still see a ton of white when looking at the house: they stated that it would be all black and after stating my disappointment and speaking to someone they said they would give me a call back, but I never received one.

Sean and Eric just replaced my sliding door. The new door looks amazing. Very professional, cleaned up and removed all trash. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend United Window & Door Manufacturing. From customer service to installation , they are really good to work with..

We recently had #Warranty work done for two windows.
Maria Roldan was the rep on the phone who was able to get my order processed very quickly and set up an appointment for the installers to come out. Our installers Sean and Eric, couldn’t have been more professional. They were very quick, very friendly, and did an excellent job.

Will was very thorough and detailed oriented. Couldn’t be happier. Not only did he fix what we called about, he went above and beyond to fine tune the locking mechanism replaced all weather stripping, cleaned up the mess, and re-attached alarm sensor. He is an asset to United.

I like my door but lock was never smooth, now won't work. They do not answer the phone or return messages. So I'm stuck with a door that doesn't work because I can't get a working lock. ☹️
Update 8/22 they returned call. I got a new lock. Door Works Again!!

Update: Stephen came back out and fixed the balances without having to replace them. He indicated this was in installer issue. Hopefully this takes care of the problem!
We had new United windows installed in December 2023 via Lowes. The installation was fine, but shortly after, two of the windows wouldn’t open. After three months of waiting on parts the technician fixed those windows, but in the meantime other windows developed the same issue and a second issue involving the balances began to occur. We are now 6 months into the new windows, we’ve had 3 service calls and waiting on a 4th. We have 9 out of the 19 windows installed that have or have had issues! The installer’s technician indicated that he’s seeing these same issues with this particular model installed for other customers. United has been very responsive, keeping in touch, and the technician, Stephen, was very polite and assured us the issues would be resolved. We are awaiting some additional parts, and once he returns we’ll see how it goes. We’ve had windows installed in other properties and never had even one issue, so this is distressing. Windows are a significant investment, and it’s really unacceptable for there to be so many issues in such a short time. However, so far not impressed with this particular product or installation.
