On my initial call, Ashley C., picked up and was willing to help me right away. I needed a quote for home insurance, and Ashley provided. She listened to my needs, and reviewed all matters over the phone, so I did not have to wait on a quote or fill out an application, etc., which can be very time consuming. Ashley provides a caring and professional experience and is very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend Ashley and her team at State Farm / Cedar Lane, Teaneck, NJ.

The customer service here it’s outstanding ! So helpful and professional every single time I need help . The owner named Mariela is wonderful and very helpful , she went out of her way to help my Spanish speaking mother , and was also very loving and had a lot of patience with her , and was never rude and disrespectful !
