I had left by accident a small pair of plyers on the counter, when I walked to my van I realized I left them on the counter, walked by in. Theybwere no where to be found. There were no other customers after me, he put them in his pocket, no doubt. Terrible, simple disgusting. Avoid this store.

I have GoodRx and the lowest cost for my new script is about $12 here. The next price up is another $16 additional. So, I have to come here. I just don't have the funds to do otherwise.The pharmacy staff was very nice. They get a 5 but the way Rite Aid works gets a 1. Hence, 3 is the final score.The pharmacy gets a shipment every Wednesday and they don't have control over what comes in. They are not given the ability to order product that they don't have in stock. All I can do is call on Wednesday to see if it came in.I might be left with no recourse but to fork up the extra $16. I will know on Wednesday.

Robert, the manager was extremely rude, abrasive, was screaming and yelling at me today in the store.I have been coming to this rite aid store for the past 20 years regularly but never experienced such a bad and abusive behavior coming from the manager of this store # 01796.I usually send money via WesternUnion since 20 years.Nobody asked me personal questions.Robert, the store manager asked me, who are you sending money to?Relatives?Then I wanted to buy a couple of things and he started yelling at me without any reason. He was v dismissive and rude.He was rushing me and screaming at me.I am disappointed and feeling bad for the customer service.I have never experienced such a bad experience specially coming from the Manager(Robert).I don’t know if I will come to this Riteaid or not?

Ordered curbside pick up from Target in Ocean, ordered an Oximeter that was said to be in stock.. got an email that my order was ready but when I arrived my order had changed, it stated that there were no more oximeters in stock after I had already paid for my order through PayPal. All I wanted was to get an oximeter. Due to the rise in covid19 cases I wanted to make sure that my family has the ability to monitor oxygen levels in case of infection. This particular Rite Aid had a few oximeters left in stock on the shelf. They also accepted Samsung Pay and Apple Pay so I was able to make my purchase contact free. Overall great experience. The woman working the register who's name I can't recall at this time was very pleasant and friendly. Good vibes, helpful, and she was in a good mood and seemed happy to be working there. In my personal experience there is nothing worse than dealing with an employee in retail who makes it seem like you are bother to them. This was not the case. 5 stars.
