I had such a positive experience with the Lester Glenn Subaru sales team--more specifically, Cody Monica. I hadn't purchased a new car in over 13 years. I never expected to leave the same day with my newly leased car! Cody understood what I was looking for, and his expertise made the difference in my decision. He thoroughly and patiently worked with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Cody to anyone interested in leasing or buying a Subaru! We got our first Subaru back in July. It was such a great experience we were back for our second last week. Seth is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. I am now going to be recommending a Subaru from Lester Glenn to anyone I know looking for a new ride.

I have been in the market for a vehicle to commute with for a few months now. After going through a few options, I went to Lester Glenn Subaru.My salesman Mike helped me find the right car to fit my needs. He thoroughly explained each model, options, and how each would best fit what I was looking for.After test driving a few cars, I found the best option, and had a super easy time going through the purchase process.All of the employees were patient, and genuinely wanted to make it a great buying experience. Especially Bella, the most valuable employee and shop dog. I would recommend Lester Glenn, especially Subaru, to anyone who dreads going to a regular car dealer.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from this lot. One new and one used. The Lester Glenn team both times were great and the financial part was better than when I have purchased elsewhere. If you are thinking of this lot make your appt with the sales guy, Mark Bellotti.. that's who helped us and he was excellent to work with! Mark made sure the used car we purchased had a recall complete that day and than even saved it from being sold to another customer, which can happen really quickly so don't hesitate.

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change on my day off at 1:45. I had something come up so I called and spoke to Frank who rescheduled my appointment for 10:45. The morning of my appointment, I get a call at 7:32 saying I missed my 7:30 appointment. When I called to ask what happened, the woman was extremely nasty and rude explaining I missed my appointment and there was nothing they could do about it. I explained I am a teacher and can only get there on my days off. She continued to be nasty and blame me saying I missed the appointment, even though Frank said 10:45 over the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received over the phone and am quite frankly not going back.

This was our third Subaru from LG and the process gets better all the time. Our sales representative was Seth and he made it easy and made it work. The whole team makes it work. That's why this is the 7th car I have leased or purchased the the Lester Glenn Group

People who talk about having horrible experiences shopping for a car have obviously never dealt with Seth and the kind people of Lester Glenn Subaru. Our initial meeting with him lasted about 2.5 hours, during which he was supportive, informative, and patient. As first time car buyers, we had many questions and reservations regarding the many unknowns we were encountering, and Seth was sensitive to these issues. Our eventual purchase did not take place until almost four weeks after that first encounter and in the interim Seth kindly and gently checked in with us to see if we had additional questions that could help us make a decision. When we eventually found the car and deal that worked for us, everyone involved made taking care of the necessary steps as easy as possible. We are grateful for the service we received at Lester Glenn Subaru and will happily refer others to them. And now that we have our car, "...Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile" - Grateful Dead, "He's Gone".

My very first experience buying a car and it's a Subaru! I can't say enough positive things about Seth and the family I've gained at Lester Glenn. Any and all doubt was cast aside the moment I sat at Seth's desk and I'm not only beyond grateful, but totally stoked...I HAVE A SUBARU IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!! Where to start—after my husband spent countless hours researching and we planned out some financing, we decided on Subaru for our new family car. We made an appointment and worked with Seth from start to finish. Seth is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is not the car buying of the past, and I’m grateful for that! When we weren’t sure about buying new versus certified pre-owned, he helped us put details and pricing in perspective based on our needs (and wants) for a vehicle. We test drove three different cars with ease. Lindsey laid out all the financials and service packages with precision. My husband and I joked earlier about “experiencing” LG—a jingle I’ve had in my head for many years—well the Subaru in TR is legit. I’m a people person, pretty sensitive, and I’ve walked away after purchases or events with that sad gut feeling. Well definitely not this time! Everyone was so friendly and sincere during our visits. Really stoked on the car and warranties. Rock on.

Went to buy a second car for myself....deal all done...then a manager comes over and would not let me buy unless I finance through them he kills the whole deal with his greedy selfish way will not go back ever....you have been warned

If I could rate it 0 I would. I bought my Subaru in 2018 and just recently moved to PA. I went to change my licenses plates over (note: PA only uses one back plate), I took my front one off and instead of Lester Glenn using the two PROVIDED license plate mounting holes, I found they left TWO EXTRA holes. See the picture attached. Honestly, they should be responsible for replacing my bumper because of the damage they've caused. They didn't offer for me to put my plates on, they did it for me and caused extra damage. I know Lester Glenn monopolizes Toms River but man they are unacceptable.
