Last August I went and spent 1000 and change and bought my wife a chain and bracelet and the bracelet. She wore it for a little bit and it turned black came back to the store and the lady that sold me the chain first thing she ask is, do you want to sell it Without axing, could I help you like a Fien asking for crack? So I went to another store for a second opinion came back and the lady tried to rip me off by paying $25 to clean my bracelet, and when I went to other stores and they told me 10 at two stores, and one at 15 he wanted to rip me off after I been coming to the store for a while ,for everybody out there don’t deal with her if you go there

Everything was going great when the young man was helping me out. As soon as the older lady stepped in, she accused me of not knowing what I wanted and stated she did not want to sell to me. I stated I know what I want, you’re misunderstanding what I am asking for as you just budged in and took over for the gentleman. If I am spending my money, I should be allotted time to pick and choose what pendant I want for my gift. After going back and forth with her, I went back to the gentlemen and he helped me check out in less than 5 minutes. She still didn’t acknowledge a paying customer with an apology, and this is NOT my first time in here. She NEEDS to be better because she is RUDE, INCONSIDERATE and IMPATIENT. Especially during the holiday season. The owner should step up when he notices her becoming unprofessional to his customers.
