I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the level of excellence at which your employees serve. This is rarely encountered in today’s world \\u0026 is admired highly. I came into your Citizens branch on Rt 22 in Union, on Friday/ April 14, 2023. Gregory \\u0026 Tiffany were incredibly knowledgeable, very interested in my specific needs and went “ above \\u0026 beyond” in order to successfully assist me. I then phoned on Monday/ April 17, 2023 and spoke with Yvette. She provided vital follow up information \\u0026 took personal interest in my specific matter. She extended herself even further by asking me to “ call her in the morning in order to be sure all had processed as expected “. I am so grateful for Gregory, Tiffany and Yvette who have treated me as family by demonstrating a sincere investment in my individual needs. Each is an outstanding employee as well as exceptional individuals who made my personal challenging circumstance of great concern and took all possible action in order to ensure that I was given “ peace of mind”.
