These people have never failed me! They've repaired every shoe & suitcase I brought to them over the years. Their prices are reasonable and they're an authorized dealer for 1 of my luggage brands and they make repairs so easy and convenient.

This is the only place you need to go for shoe repair! However, he offers a lot more services than just shoe repair. Great customer service and communication. Very honest and helpful. My wife recently brought in her shoes for a new heel since they had been worn down. The repair was completed and ready for pickup on the date promised. We brought in my daughter's shoes to be repaired since both heels and soles of the shoe had broken in half. Cheap plastic I was told. I did not think there was any hope. He replaced the cheap plastic for a nice rubber sole and heel and shined them up to make them look brand new. Very impressive. The prices were very reasonable. It's worth the visit. He sells winter coats, shoes, and other stuff. There was on street parking as well as lots of public lots in the area.

I found this store/shop with the help of google and I would say all the customer reviews our 99% accurate. I bring my Brics luggage for repair and they fixed it after a couple of days I am expecting it will take more days but so quick. Nelson is very nice and they charged fairly definitely I highly recommend them.

I needed one of the zippers on my luggage repaired asap. I hopped on google and this place popped up first. Honestly, I didn't even bother reading the previous reviews (as I normally would). When I saw the address, specifically where it is located in Westfield (coincidentally right next to one of my favorite ice cream parlors lol), I figured it has to be legit. I like that they're open 7 days a week, even with the limited weekend hours. I had no idea what to expect, but I walked in and was greeted immediately by a nice gentleman. It was a minor zipper issue, he said no problem, it'd be ready the next day. Only cost me $5. I'm definitely going to bookmark this place as a good future reference! I was in and out (dropping off & picking up), but I did glance briefly and noticed they also have luggage, backpacks, etc for all occasions available for purchase. They're fully stocked.

They replaced the wheels on my husband’s travel pro suitcases and so I had them do my Birkenstocks. I was afraid I’d waited too long, but they resoled them and sealed the cork and I couldn’t be happier.They were also really sweet and understanding about my three year old running riot in their store and my debit card being under funded ?♀️

I have been a customer for many years, to get shoes and my travel bags repaired. True old fashioned craftsmanship. I have never been disappointed. I also bought a carry-on bag which had a warranty issue which they took care of as well. Family run and operated, not cheap, but you get the quality you pay for.

My parents shop has been part of downtown Westfield for over 50 years. They can pretty much fix anything that has to do with shoes, handbags, luggage and coat/jackets. My dad has been a shoe cobbler since he was 11 years old and is now in his 70s, to me that says a lot about his passion. Yes, prices are different because shoes looks and design are different. When it comes to luggage repairs, always remember that we don't make the parts we rely on the manufacture of the brand to have the parts in stock otherwise we are handcuffed. All I can say is that this shop does the best it can to make sure everyone is happy with the work being done on their repair job. We also offer great deals in North Face, luggages of all brands, and bags. Stop by and say hello... How many mom and pop shops are left in America these days and still going strong because of our great customers.

This place is amazing. I have a pair of Frye boots that I thought were irreversibly damaged. They came out looking brand new. Decently priced and professional. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend
