My boyfriend and I went to this store to see if I was able to repair my ring (it was missing a diamond) we were told honestly that it would be an expensive repair. We had no choice but to go on and find a new ring. But let me tell you the store manager, Mical went above and beyond. She called around, looked in the back and was able to solve our issue. She did not give up and made sure went left satisfied. Amazing person. Highly recommend!

I received a name plate chain as a Christmas gift in December 2017 and since then my chain has broke over 5 times. They finally gave me a replacement chain in January 2019 which they said would be sturdier and now August 2019 my chain broke again. I came back to Helzberg to see if my chain can be fixed and they told me my warranty has expired and I cannot get it fixed unless I pay out of pocket. I would not recommend buying a chain from here.... NEVER AGAIN!

My entire experience with this location has been nothing, but amazing. I went in their with an idea of what I wanted with a lot of research under my belt and that research was met with top tier experience and customer service. My salesman, Tristan, was nothing but exceptional the entire time. He pointed me in the correct direction and on top of the went out of his way to locate a beautiful round cut solitaire and had it shipped in from another location and that’s before I even committed to purchasing. Ultimately I did purchase and couldn’t have been happier. Unfortunately things happen and the diamond was damaged and without hesitation Tristan saved the day by sending it out to be replaced. Overall exceptional service and I cannot say enough good things, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND GO SEE TRISTAN!!!

I worked with Tristan since October, and he helped me design the perfect ring for my fiancée. There was nothing in stock anywhere that matched, so he suggested that I design it with his help. I highly recommend Tristan for his professionalism and knowledge about diamonds and engagement rings. I compared various different vendors online, to make sure that I wouldn't get overcharged, and Tristan was very fair. He work with our budget and gave us a good deal. We also got two Nintendo switches because I ordered the setting and the diamond separately. The story: She and I have been looking around for rings together since we both talked about getting engaged. We both agreed upon yellow gold diamond engagement ring, with halo settings, with side stones. She initially wanted a pear cut center stone, but I convinced her that an oval or a round cut diamond was much better. He found us the perfect oval, excellent cut, VVS, conflict free diamond that matched the ring setting perfectly The ring setting and diamond were delivered in December - peak holiday season - and the jeweler who was supposed to make the final ring had a family emergency. Tristan handled the situation personally and very professionally. Most importantly, the person wearing the ring (my wife-to-be) is thrilled.

Great place! I shopped here for my wife and family for jewelery . I got the best service and honest advice from Steve . I brought in my wife's original diamond wedding band from when we got married just to see if it could be cleaned up and they refinished the ring it looks great . My wife was very happy with the ring . Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend

The customer staff is friendly. My daughter bought me diamond earrings a few years ago and paid extra for the screw backs and I have lost the backs a few times and they always replace them with no charge. They want their customers to be happy and come back.

Shopping for an engagement ring Walk in here and could not leave with out the ring, they dedicate time to show me everything I ask to see, manager and saleperson very nice and great customer services.

My daughter and I went in to browse. An older woman greeted us right away. I thanked her and let her know I was just looking. She proceeded to ask what I was looking for and I said I was just looking as in just browsing. She then follows us around the store and starts suggesting items. I said "No thank you, we aren't purchasing anything today..just looking". We are almost out of the store when she comes running up to me holding a CZ necklace, earring and ring set on this board. She tells me it's a promotion and that I can get it for $40. I just have to put $10 down and come back 2 weeks later with $30 and it's all mine. I told her it was NOT my taste and I wasn't interested. Then she fires back with "Well, why don't you buy it for your daughter. It's only $10 today, and you (addressing my daughter) would like it, right?" TO MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!! I do not know who trained this lady, but she needs remediation ASAP or she's going to cost you business. Especially if she resorts to trying to target children. I was disgusted and I will NEVER return!!!

My wife and I had such an awful experience here we felt we had to write a review to hopefully spare someone else of the same aggravation. At first they were very nice and helpful, that is until they got our money. We had to have our wedding ring resized and we were lied to and told that it would be back within a week and that it would be the same ring as we wanted to keep the same band for sentimental purposes. A month later and after numerous lies and story changes I was told that not only will I NOT get my same ring back but that they also sent the ring to the wrong place and was going to be another couple weeks on top of the already month that we waited. Save yourselves the aggravation and find somewhere else to buy your jewelry. Speaking as someone who was lied to over and over again I can tell you this is not a trustworthy place and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I would NOT recommend this store at Woodbridge Mall. They agreed on the price, made us waited for half an hour saying they are calling the manager to confirm price and then came back to us asking for higher price. The sales person was not fare at all. Will never return into the store.

Our experience with helzberg diamonds at Woodbridge mall has been terrible. I had my engagement ring for almost a year and we had nothing but problems with it. We had to get it repaired twice in the store for loose prongs and had to send it out twice to fix the prongs and resize it. The first time we had to send it out they forgot to send it out so it took an additional 10 days. They bribed me and gave me free jewelry. The second time they resized it they measured my finger and put down 5.5 and when we went there to pick it up it was a 4.5. We are trying to get in touch with the district manager to see if we can return the ring and go somewhere else to get a new one. We have only had problems here and definitely don't recommend purchasing jewelry from this store.

My fiance bough his wedding band there and he wanted to engrave it. It was delayed and when it came back, the engraving was missing a letter. We were very unhappy but Paul A. assured us that it will be fixed ASAP. It was Saturday and later in the day we got a call from Paul that the wedding band has been rushed for emergency engraving. On the same day in the evening, we got a call from Paul that it"s ready to pick up :). We came in next day and whoever fixed our engraving did a better job than before,
