Briana, Chardonnay,Cynthia!!! By far the best i have dealt with not only did they help me with advice on what my daughters should match! But helped me with their princess watches and was also helpful with my daughters! As a single father it’s a handful and having a staff of females was the best part!

Employee was very rude. I came in with my baby and since her sizes were there I tried to try them on. At first the employee tried to be nice and said do you need any help and I let her know I wasn’t sure yet which ones I wanted and she immediately tells me ok but just so you know you can’t try on the shoes that our out. I worked for a shoe company for 10 years and know that the same shoes they have in front are the same shoes they will even sale I understand if it was a adult cause they can mess up the shoe if we let so many people try the same one on but it was a baby that can’t even walk. At the end of the day I have purchased many shoes here and they end up telling me that the only one left is the one on display. I ended up going to Bridgewater they have always been super nice.

I came here looking to buy a gift, and accomplished that. Francisco was very helpful, and my military discount was honored. Great experience.

VERY RUDE WORKERS! MANAGER RUDE! Overall hated the experience. They need new management.and workers seem to always seem unhelpful. Like wth you work here. The Manager is Chris I think. (White male). Needs to work on his staff and on himself.

Came in here to get shoes for my son and get out. I didn't even have him with me and knew what I wanted down to the size, so it should have been an in and out trip. I picked up the shoe I wanted and stood there waiting to be greeted or asked if I needed help. There were other people in the store so it was hard for me to distinguish who was working with someone and who wasn't, and I also didn't want to jump in front of someone who had been waiting longer than me. After awhile I determined everyone was being helped if they needed it, and I just wasn't being acknowledged. Most of the staff had something to do but the one kid was just standing around which is really annoying considering I'm an adult in a kids shoe store with a shoe in my hand- of course I'm ready to get the shoes! Anyway, I approached the associate who was standing around and was met with a blank stare but he repeated the size and went to look in the back- they didn't have it. I then asked for a specific pair of vans, same size and he ran to the back and got them, he was quick so I appreciated that. The line to be rung up wasn't long but the people in front of me were taking a while, I believe they were getting something shipped. That is fine, however there were a total of 3-4 employees and it's a busy Saturday! It just seems strange to me that only one person was able to cashier. Finally, a guy came out I guess from his break and helped me on the other register. He took this review from 2 stars to 3 because he was quick and very polite and efficient. If it hadn't been for the speediness of the first person that helped me and the positive cash-wrap experience, I would have given this store a 1 star rating. Unfortunately, the person who helped me at the register said he travels to the different stores in the area, so he's probably not at this store that often. Bottom line, if you're going here good luck, seems to be hit or miss. I find it easier going to regular Journeys and the selection isn't much smaller somehow. 3/5

Rude! Rude! Rude! Not sure who she thinks she is but the big girl at the register was extremely rude. She wants to "educate" people on sneakers. I don't want her job just common courtesy as a customer! Journey at Woodbridge Mall Never again for me.

The manger Alandra White is very unprofessional. She’s rude and disrespectful to the customers and staff. The district manger as well is okay with this because it has been multiple complaints about her put in and still nothing is done about it. So please do not shop here your experience will be very bad.

New store manager Alandra White is a horrible human being, who has no respect for the business let alone employees that work under her. The way she treats her employees is disgusting. She has no shame in degrading and disrespecting them in front of customers.. Numerous complaints have been made regarding this manager and no actions have been taken. Save your money and spend it where it is appreciated

So I’m pretty annoyed because I called to put a pair of leopard print vans on hold after searching for them. They told me they had them on hold put my name down and what time I’d picking it up. When I arrived at the specified time (keep in mind I drove 40 minutes for these because they can’t be ordered online) they told me they had given them to someone else who said they’d put them on hold. Now I don’t cause a scene because I know it’s not the workers fault. But the managers need to properly train their employees to ask for names of the items on hold. Needless to say I won’t be shopping at journeys kids anymore.

Horrible experience. Was looking at a shoe on display and the sales women walks up and says “We don’t try on the shoes on display”.. I put the shoe down and walked right out.
