Total ripoff. I have been saying forever I was done with Panera because they always put almost no chicken in my $11 salad, then try to charge for extra chicken that should be in the salad at the "base price".

Went here for dinner tonight with my mom, I got the pick two. My chicken noodle soup was iced cold! My CHICKEN Caesar salad had ONE piece of chicken. Very disappointed considering I go here all the time
