Nice small store in the service area. Has plenty of souvenir and gift items available for purchase. But didn't find drink tasty enough, had better ones from other Starbucks.

You can give people the Benefit of the doubt and just assume they are having a bad day but probably not both employees at the same time. Literally zero verbal communication. I tried to kill them with kindness but no luck. Life’s not bad guys. Try to be nice

Came here because I needed a pick me up at 1AM on my way to Atlantic City. There were 3 people working I was next in line. Desire took the woman's order & then proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes making the drink and talking to her coworker, then another 3 minutes making small conversation with her. There was one guy in the green apron standing around talking to Desire and there was another guy in a black shirt that made a new pot of pike roast. Fruit flies were all over the display items, there was like 15 of them

I stopped here yesterday around 2:30 pm and about 20 people on line. The line barely moved except for people that kept walking away in disgust. The cashier was clueless and took her a few minutes to do an order since she had to keep looking to find items. There was 1 person making the drinks, a heavy set lady cheating and laughing with 2 others behind the counter and not helping that 1 employee and 8 people waiting for their drinks. I don't think they could care less about anyone. This seems to be common here since last month I stopped and encountered bad service also and waited 25 minutes which was insane but I needed coffee.

My friend and I came here for a late night cocoa cloud macchiato and were thoroughly disappointed. My friend instead of receiving a Cocoa cloud macchiato received a caramel cloud macchiato with no coffee in it. I also ordered a Coco cloud macchiato and received something even more disappointing. The barista gave my drink to a small child which resulted in me getting a cup of frothy milk named "quan". I think it's quite obvious that's not me. 1/10 would give a zero but I did drink the milk. I paid 5 dollars for it so I felt that I had to.

Large location and plenty of seating. Impressive rest stop for a long road trip. Bathrooms are immaculate. Overall, this place is clean and has a wide array of food options right next to Starbies

Fancy rest stops they have here in New Jersey. This one included Starbucks. There was no line, but a few people waiting on their drinks. Service was quick. I had earned a free drink, so I ordered a venti caramel latte to split with a friend. They didn't give me any problems about giving me an extra cup. There didn't appear to be any whipped cream and caramel drizzle as requested, but it tasted great, so who cares. This location was on par with other Starbucks. If you're on the go and need a quick pitstop, this is your spot. There is no drive -thru.

Awful experience here. Waited 10 minutes on line, then 10 minutes for the drink. By the time I got it, it was different from what I ordered in 2 ways. Plus, I ordered a croissant and they never gave it to me! I will never come to this one again. Similar experiences at other Starbucks outlets on highway stops.

Leaving this review as I'm walking out of the door. Andy (man) who works at the Starbucks at this rest area was incredibly rude to my mother. Critiquing her order. Being loud and mean when she asked for a little more ice in her drink. Judging from the low stars this establishment receives of this site no one is to aggressive in revamping their staff. Yet again Andy the male "barista" is extremely rude.

World' slowest and most inept Starbucks employees. Don't expect to come here and get your coffee in any reasonable amount of time. Just took 20 minutes to get an iced coffee.

It was just a regular Starbucks. What I didn’t like is that their yogurt parfait had really stale fruits in it( thankfully I saw that and didn’t buy it)... they should throw away all the stale stuff. So be careful while getting any food items from this one as it’s inside a service area where there are quite of other places to eat... I’m guessing that people donot eat here and that explains the stale food.

Skip this location!! There’s no app ordering which means things tend to fall off. Saving grace is a barista named Carlos who tends to notice whenever you’ve been waiting a while for your drink/pastry to come up.

Asked for SF coffee and shown them pic of what I wanted, paid extra .55 for SF Caramel Syrup then when I checked my receipt and corrected them on it they insisted they don’t have SF Carm Syrup, after they took the money! Huge fail!

More than just the same old Starbucks which I expect, it was the customer service that made my day! I came from Popeye's and had it in my hand while I ordered a coffee at Starbucks. As I was paying for my coffee, I dropped the Popeye's box. It was totally my mistake as I wasn't careful to keep the box away from the PoS where I was swipping.
I believe it was the manager at this Starbucks who volunteered to buy me my Popeye order free of charge.
This is customer service at it's best!

Super slow service. I understand is a busy point but when arrive the lane was empty and i wait 25 min for my second green tea. And the end i lost my patience happy holidays to the worst service ever.
