Everyone is super nice in this branch. Denisse helped us with opening a checking account today. It is a busy day but she is on top of everything. She is AMAZING. She used the translation service to ensure my family fully understood the process. Her exceptionally friendly demeanor made the entire experience both efficient and pleasant. Her dedication to helping customers like me is truly commendable!!

This place is a breath of fresh air - always welcoming , helpful staff ! Genevieve is a caring prfessional and always goes the extra mile to help you out . She's one of the 'Best' customer service persons I've ever encountered in my life . Undoubtedly the best banking experience I've had in US - this branch is a great example to all banks out there .

I was having pin issues and got frustrated with the online option. Decided to go to the branch and my issue was immediately handled and the customer service was excellent. Genevieve was a great help and definitely shows her passion as a banker as well as working with others. I am very grateful for her assistance.

Absolutely horrible.I had a situation in which I believe I was scammed the other day. I called customer service and they closed on account and transferred it to another…THATS not the problem though, I stopped by the Woodbridge branch to speak to a banker regarding the situation and to confirm that this company that I was scammed by wouldn’t be able to withdraw the money from my account.I explained what had happened to the banker, she stated that they would not be able to access the money..The following day I checked my account and noticed the money was still taken from my account, I went back. Spoke to the same banker.She looked puzzled, extremely confused. Explained they still took the money. Was told that there was nothing she can do and to call customer service ( I was looking for guidance on how to resolve this issue/ reverse the withdraw ). Yet she was unwilling to help me.I went to another branch right after, spoke to a banker and she explained why the money was taken still, explained what everything meant, explained how to go about the situation. She helped me file a fraud claim after I explained the situation. And put a STOP PAYMENT on my account under the merchant name.Needless to say, it’s quite obvious that bankers at the WOODBRIDGE WELLS FARGO are unwilling to help their customers during a difficult and stressful situation. Will never go back.

Tried to open account online, could not do it. It said visit branch. Went three times to this branch and they could not open a simple checking account. Happened first time in my life. Have great credit score, even though it's not required for checking. Not sure the problem is with their software or people or both perhaps

Very bad customer service. Waiting is long. They make you wait on purpose so you can leave and go to other branch. This is my 5th time visit and same stuff everytime. I “hate” going to this branch but this is the closest to my house only.If you have choice please look for other branches. I like the one in Iselin.

Very disappointed. I had to schedule an appointment to meet a banker inside due to COVID-19, so I did and I got confirmation that the appointment was approved. I went to this location on the scheduled date and was told that my appointment was not in their system, so I showed them my email confirmation and they still told me that I was not scheduled for today despite having email confirmation and I would have to schedule another one. After talking, they agreed that they would take me even if I was "not scheduled" (so ill give a star for that). I dont know whos to blame for the scheduling problem: the branch or the system but either way, Wells Fargo doesnt have good track record. What makes it worse is that I just came to close an account, which should only take 10 mins, but instead took 1 hr and it made me late for work.

On Friday 1/8/21, this branch in 17 woodbridge center drive Woodbridge Township NJ. My husband and I went in to make a withdrawal, we had a very difficult time because teller refuse to give us our money because she said our address doesnt match the address in there system. She called i guess the manager of the branch he began to ask a lot of nonsense questions to verify but kept insisting that our address is incorrect this lasted more than 10minutes. I went online and our address was in fact correct and no changes needed to be made. So this manager and teller wasted our time for nonsense. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS! WORST BRANCHMonths later and no one responded to my email!
