Update: Still the Best Zales ever! Love them. They helped me replace my wedding band and it's absolutely beautiful with my engagement ring I brought here 4yrs ago. Linda manager and Grace assistant manager are the best! The only place I trust with my rings. Thank you both.BEST ZALES EVER!! I went to several Zales before going to the one in Woodbridge NJ. Out of all of them, the one in Woodbridge was the only one with 4 stars and the best customer service. they were amazing. Super friendly and were very attentive. I loved my experience. Over the course of my 14yr marriage I've had some horror experiences each time trying to upgrade my ring..but this time from the initial phone call with Linda manager and coming in meeting Grace and Linda Assistant Manger I was treated respectfully and like my husband and I mattered! I love them. Because of them.. you have my business for life! ;)

The customer service at this location is beyond stellar! Dayja was beyond patient, knowledgeable, and just a gem to work with. She was so helpfulwith letting us move from case to case, try things on, and ask questions. She was in no way pushy to buy anything. The whole process and sale was smooth and one of the more enjoyable experiences I’ve had with a jewelry place!

The staff at Zales is not the most pleasant and respectful staff there I have been waiting for my ring for about almost 3 weeks now they told me that December 2nd my ring will be back now December 3 and now it’s December 8 and still don’t have my ring and the staff members there a rude they don’t even answer the phones when they open And they’re rude on the phone

Been standing outside the store for over 20 minutes for them to open. They DO not open at 11 as listed online. They see people waiting outside the store and taking their sweet time. Very frustrating.

It started off good, but did not end up good, after a week waiting for the ring to be sized, I get a call that they wanted another 149.00 because the stones got loose during the sizing. and it will take another week, and after I paid in full for the ring 6,067.28 dollars, and they wanted me to come in right and pay 449.00 in advance for the sizing, This was an x mas gift for my wife, So I felt I had to tell my wife I brought her a ring that the diamonds may fall out, My wife canceled the ring, And she went to another Zales and got the same ring with the size she needed NO CHARGE !!!! They need more experienced people handling customers. You should not tell a customer a new diamond ring is compromised.

I've bought a couple of items over the years, including an anniversary band for my wife. The staff is very friendly, and they will clean my wife's rings anytime. We also get notice of upcoming sales by mail. Great location.

My fiancé just bought an engagement ring in December there and I love my ring. It did need to be sized so when we went in we noticed the manager talking badly about an employee to another employee. We were stand there for about a good 10 seconds before she realized we were there. It made me feel super awkward. I was so excited about the whole process and to finally wear my ring. It’s not like she was rude after she noticed us but the customer service wasn’t great. Seemed like she wanted us in and out. I worked at Kay jewelers for a few years and tried to make every new bride feel comfortable and be personable. So I was a little disappointed. When we picked up the ring it was a better experience. Her name I believe is Jessica and she was fantastic! Helped make a wishlist and I will definitely try and buy them when she’s there. Great customer service!
