John was very rude to me when I asked simple questions about how he was able to diagnose a transmission problem in 10 minutes when he told me that it would take hours over the phone. He literally told me that if I didn’t like it, go somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service sucks! John is old and needs to retire especially if he only prefers a certain demographic to frequent his business. Smh.

Awesome guy. Took my truck with a rusted transmission line and rusted radiator and he they did the job promptly and reasonably. John the owner is a good guy, he greeted me and was happy that my transmission was working great. Try to find that in today's shark infested mechanic world. Good communication ,good work. Very happy with the work and experience.

I am so glad my local mechanic referred me to Goodeal! After the dealership told me I needed an entirely new transmission for $6k+, my local mechanic told me to have Goodeal take a look. They made a quick repair for under $300 and the car is shifting normally again!! I’m so relieved to have found somebody I can trust for transmission related issues.

I guess everybody can’t give a five star review we took our car there today. The guy said he would look at it. Got a phone call around 1 o’clock and he said it would be better if we took it to Nissan. It would cost less than for him to fix it and I get it back quicker I don’t know why we he had to drop it off if he had no intention of working on it. Obviously, he never looked at it since he really didn’t know what was wrong with it. He just said it’s not to transmission that it’s something with the gearshift He said he would have to tear it apart. I’m surprised that they don’t have diagnostics Nissan. Does they said they would do the diagnostics on it? They said they didn’t have to rip it apart to shame the lost business and I won’t recommend them to anyone. I don’t really have time to waste, but going there and leaving my car and waiting four hours to get it back with nothing done.

Went in with a broken transfer case was fixed within two weeks. Plus they was working with me to get it paid off. Very honest people.

I highly recommend this facility. Totally professional and more importantly HONEST. I brought my truck in for an evaluation as I thought I had a problem. My mechanic referred me to this shop and wasn’t wrong. He had the vehicle and told me that the transmission was working fine. He could have lied and made money but chose honesty instead.

Recently had my truck for a transmission rebuild and had a great experience. They are very friendly and have your best interest in mind while working with you. Definitely recommend them and will be my go to for future projects.

Had a transmission rebuilt here and was charged thousands for a complete rebuild to only find out they put a used junkyard transmission in it. I lost reverse and checked my serial number of transmission and it was different from the one I wrote down before it went in. I also marked housing or trans with my initials and that wasn't there either. Stay away from this dishonest place. They will not honor warranty either !
