Big 5 to the Rescue again!!! Open just 30 minutes later than everybody else in ABQ but just enough time to get the small propane containers so we could cook this evening. Nearly 90% of ABQ businesses close way before 8PM practically rolling up the sidewalks like it a Biden Curfew. Most say it's due to crime but is embedded in the Biden energy plan. Turn your lights back on people. Anyone notice how dark our streets have become?

Drove all the way from the East Mountains with my children for soccer equipment and they refused to offer their restroom to customers. Businesses wonder why more and more people shop online and this is a perfect example of why. If you can't offer a basic amenity to a paying customer, I will not support you again.

When and pick up something that I verified they had in stock. The guy who tried to help me claims they didn't carry it or anything like it

I didn’t care for the owner/security guards way of dealing with questions. He was quick to throw pamphlet at me and not explain anything as if anyone read the pamphlet anymore. I got a great deal on my tent, so I was happy about it but the customer service when I asked about the return policy seemed irritated that I even asked. One thing that I can say in this day and age is respect goes along way and people forget that someone like myself who never camped may have a bunch of questions. So you should be respectful if you’re in the field and open to answering the questions otherwise, what are you doing there?

Pretty solid selection. Wide array of items, some specialty items are missing but it's a general sporting goods store. A few employees weren't very polite and I waited for help but wasn't assisted. Overall I feel like it's somewhere I'll come back to.

Have been shopping here for years. The staff is always helpful and attentive while not being pesty. They also have good coupons in the flyers they put in the local newspaper.

This store and the other 2 in town are vaguely depressing.....more staff than customers and they don't have much to do because of that. Did find a great pair of shoes prior visit ( but still pricey) but this visit, choice of ONE compression socks! Still, good to support local.

Clean and well stocked store. Usually have great sales on shoes. Going in the off seasons and hitting their clearance is awesome as they usually have killer sales.. friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible.

I will not tolerate a lack of bathrooms for customers. Everyone has to use the restroom occasionally. We know you have a bathroom. I was going to spend hundreds of dollars on 3 kids but you lost my business because one of them had to pee.
