I don't understand why your mail carriers are putting Amazon packages in the delivery truck if they aren't going to deliver them to the door. This is the second notice that I have received saying they have ran into a problem delivering or that they tried to deliver. I just moved to the area and I have security cameras and no one has tried to deliver at any point. I will be contacting Amazon and asking them to please not use USPS for my packages. I am disabled and now I'm expected to pick up my Amazon packages at the post office because they don't fit into the tiny box? I moved to this area from Trumble Village and I have never had a problem with the mail carrier not delivering the package to my door unless it was on a Sunday delivery with Amazon. Amazon pays USPS to deliver packages to the door! Your postal worker at the window says it's up to the mail carrier and it is not because Amazon pays you for door delivery!Third problem this week, I had a scheduled package pickup and had to stumble across the parkinglot to get to the carrier who was leaving in a hurry without picking up the packages. Said he never got a notification of package pickup. Again, another lame excuse because the notification is on your scanner device.

I dont understand why delivery people do not ring Door Bell when they leave a package on the front door. Also I got a notification that the package was delivered in locked mail box and It was not. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem for the last 12 months.

3:30 in the afternoon.20 people on line: only one window open. Do I need to say more? I wish there was some kind of management who cared! Unbelievable.

A common problem is that if you put any mail on hold at this post office, they'll misplace the hold notice and just not deliver mail until you go to their office and remove the sticky note. They also take months to deliver keys. Never had this many issues at a USPS.

This post office is terrible they have lost my mail and my packages and they have not made my keys for my post office my mouth was supposed to be on hold and got it transported back and forth and back airport I cannot get my mail or should I get my packages I cannot get my keys

The lady at the counter was so rude to the elderly gentleman in front of me, it made everyone waiting in line extremely uncomfortable. She was yelling at him to “help” him enter his card in correctly & click the correct buttons on the pin pad but yelling in a professional environment at an elderly gentleman is NOT helpful. Kindly explaining in at a kind level would have been more humane. Her attitude was also snappy like she was doing me a favor when I got up to the counter. The customer service from this particular employee was horrendous. I’ve never been so uncomfortable picking up mail.

I just left this place. The time on my receipt was 3:30pm, 12/21/23. I was "helped" by an older dark haired woman who was either inept at her job, or just being aggressively unhelpful. I'm posting this review because it's the first time I've mailed something and not been confident that the postal worker won't rob me.So I was mailing some expensive, brand new electronics and this woman told me I can't ship it with the label I had. Then changed her mind. I had added Liability Coverage because these were valuable items and this woman told me that it's impossible for her to check if the Liability Coverage was on the label she had printed and told me to leave.What a joke. I hope my package actually gets to it's destination.

This post office is so disorganized and I’m fed up with the lack of quality our local station has. They need new employees and delivery people. There has to be a point when too many mistakes is enough. Who is holding them accountable? After spending weeks tracking down an international package, I finally discovered that they delivered the item to the wrong locker, it sat for a week, then they sent it back to the station and gave me a notice. Not sure why they just didn’t put the key in the correct locker? It was a small package so not taking up that much space , it was clear negligence and carelessness on their part. So, I went with that notice to the station and they told me it had been sent back for redistribution for delivery again. I waited another week and it never arrived, stood in another long line at usps, all to find out that it had already returned to sender in Australia way back before I went to pick it up the first time. They admitted to me that they made multiple mistakes, including not waiting at least 14 days with it sitting at the station before returning to sender. I then spent a whole day trying to file a claim, their online system doesn’t work, their phone system is worse. Finally got escalated on the phone all to tell me that there’s nothing they can do about it even though it’s their fault. If misdelivered packages and mistakes started coming out of the post man’s pay check maybe they would improve. This is not the first issue we’ve had and our whole neighborhood constantly has package issues. I needed this package for my daughters first birthday and it’s irrelevant after. Just so disappointed in the post office , honestly I’m sure most people are.

Lazy carrier is not delivering my packages instead makes excuses and now I have to go to the Post Office to get my packages. Makes no sense when you are having them delivered not pickup. Calling the toll free number is no help either after being on hold for an hour just to talk to a representative.

Worst customer service!!! Been waiting for my keyfor 6 months!!!! They don't have my mil so what's going on???????? I have to wait in línea to get mil for them to tell me they don't have my mail.. no I have to wait to speak to a supervisor!!!!

One of the main older ladies who work there always has an attitude. Tried calling multiple times every day in the course of a week cause they told me to if they don't call me back about our keys, but there was no answer ever. Waited months to get our keys cause we had to re do our change of address twice cause it got denied the first time, when we got the keys and tried them it didn't work couldn't go in at all, I tried all 3 sets, didn't work so i had to take them back. Still haven't got our mail since June. What kind of federal building is run like this????
