If a store has set hours they should no be closing early ? I got off of work late hoping to get something small for my 2 year old as tomorrow is her birthday on line and on the phone store hours are 9am to 12am I show up at 11:08 and the store is already closed. If your hours have changed update the website and phone business hours.

They have a nice selection of clothes for the family. They carry toys, housewares, candy, etc. Bought sweat pants at great, inexpensive prices. They have reasonable prices on almost every thing in store. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Just another trashy discount store here in Las Cruces. I wonder how long this one will stay open? So disorganized. Sizes all intermingled. Aisles very tiny. It's just a hodgepodge mess. Not to say they don't have some cute stuff here, but dang, you really have to have some time to be able to sort through everything. The line was ridiculous!! But at least the cashier girl was very nice and smiling. I think I will stick with Marshalls and Ross. I also don't have to fight the homeless population if I go elsewhere. I was almost afraid to get out and leave my vehicle as it was getting to be dusk when I went.

Today 10/8If there were zero stars I would give this store one for the poorest customer service.Called the Las cruces store today 7 times. The first 5 the person picked up and immediately disconnected. I called again and was on hold for more than 12 minutes to speak with a manager concerning a major purchase—— I finally hung up and called back. This time a female stated that she was a manager but refused to provide her name after i asked her and I stated I had called 6 times with being on hold for a manger for over 12 minutes. She was absolutely the rudest person I have encountered. She tried to say there was a system issue but the hold button worked just fine for the 6th call. ?You may not feel the loss of my business but I will never spend another cent.It is a shame that a brand new store has hired employees/management that immediately argue with you and get angry when you call out the store for poor customer service. Customers are the only reason employees have a job.

I like that they have a big section for clothing. Housewares are also huge hit.

Nice clean store and the AC works. My 1st time going to a Burlington and I have today I was impressed. I never knew that there just like Ross and Marshalls.
