I've been hitting the Las Cruces store almost weekly for 2 years now. While I CAN buy new clothing at Walmart for nearly the same price of Savers "like new" current fashions, I shop for vintage and collectible products. Prices for their wares are usually quite high, but deals can be found there as well. USE their discounts; 30% on Senior Tuesday and the 20% earned from previous purchases and your donations. I have found the majority of the employees and management staff very friendly and helpful. It's a great store.

While I love shopping at community thrift shops, Savers is a decent place to go for those few items I still buy. They generally have what I need, when I need it and they take what I don't. They do give back to the communities in which they operate.

I’m really disappointed with this store. I brought a return and they didn’t honor it.As if the manager didn’t have authority to make decisions to satisfy their customer.

Overall great places for not very expensive used clothing, the customer service by employees is o.k. And there selections for the most part are categorized some what decently to be able to find. Store seems as clean as its going to get, again there for the selections of all the items you can find what your looking for!

Just went to Saver's les than 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed in organization, discounts, coupons, no dressing rooms and especially management and pricing. Prices have gone way up. My mom who went shopping with me said there was a pajama shirt there for 12.99. She said she purchased the whole outfit with pajama shirt and pants at that price at Walmart, Saver's is selling one piece for that price, outrageous. This was my absolute best place to shop for used clothing because of organization,display and pricing now its just a disgrace. I used to go here atleast 10-12 times a year I will now go maybe 3 times in a year because they have the biggest selection of clothing available.

I went in for specific garment pieces and found exactly what I was looking for. Garments were clean and in great condition. Prices were very reasonable. The store is very orderly and clean. The cashier was courteous and helpful.

I love saving money and you certainly do here. Happy with my haul.However, there was a huge bug on a pair of pants and an employee just knocked the bug off, took the item away and kicked the bug elsewhere in the store. ?

This place used to be really great. Unfortunately, management seems to have become greedy as well as inconsiderate. Over the last year or so, the prices for all the items have more than doubled. Example, most shirts used to be $3 to $6 and are now $12 to $14. (These are Used shirts that savers gets for free). Worst of all, the dressing rooms to try on clothes have been Completely done away with. So there isn't a way to try anything on, now. What happened Savers? Why did you turn so utterly lame?

Prices are getting a little expensive. I could go to Walmart and Target and find nicer clothes for the price. Staff was rude it’s not idea to have to go with kids, but we got looks and attitude from multiple employees

Savers is awesome. Prefer getting my clothes here over anywhere else. Plus it's a great way to get rid of stuff without going straight to the landfill and being wasteful.
