I really like Sephora. But...the Santa Fe Sephora is Rude and has absolutely NO customer service skills. I was embarrassed for me and them. The young blonde woman did try, but the other three were just unprofessionally rude.

This place continues to underwhelm me. I’ve been a loyal costumer for 18 plus years. The store is consistent in poor service and low to nonexistent inventory.I arrived today WITH my 30% off coupon, chose my items as sales staff chatted about their rentals and rang up a bra from JCPenneys.At checkout they did not ask me about points or promotions and upon returning home which is 62 miles away I discovery they have not taken the discount and have rung up a sale item at full price. When I called, the only solution was to return before the promotion ended to redeem the coupon. They suggested I go to another store in Farmington as it might be closer.Seriously, a sham that should be closed.

I hate coming to this Sephora Everytime i buy something online they make a big deal on returning it at their store. I will never return again after today. June was so rude.

Usually I have good experiences with the staff there but one woman, I'm assuming she's the manager, is horrible. I ordered a product online and decided I didn't want it before even opening it and trying it. When I went to return it the woman told me I couldn't return on online order at a JCP Sephora if they didn't carry the item. When I looked it up, the website stated I COULD in fact return it at the JCP. So I double checked with their customer service via chat and they too stated I should've been able to return the item. I wasted my time going to that store just because she was too lazy to process the return

This store NEVER has anything stocked, staff is incredibly RUDE and not knowledgeable about the products they carry! You're better off going to Ulta or making a trip to Albuquerque!!!

Worst experience no one around to help. As a Rouge member or just as a customer I find it very rude especially when you’re trying to find the right foundation. I can assure you I will never go back, I’ll take my business to Ulta.

Worst customer service!!! 3 employees working and every single one avoided us at all costs. After avoiding us they decided to sit/gather around and converse. My daughter and I walked out and I can assure you I will never go back.

This Sephora gave me one of the worst shopping experiences. My sister and I were followed immediately as we entered the store. The two sales reps were so rude as they watched our every move. At one point one of the sales reps asked if my sister pocketed a product when she put her phone in her back pocket. After that incident, they continued to stay on either side of us. Us just trying to shop and view the products we became very paranoid about our moves. Not only was this little establishment profiling us the quality of the store was poor as being a frequent Sephora shopper I’ve been to better ones. Save your money and head to Abq or go across the street to Ulta. Also apparently if your two brown women with big jackets (bc it’s chilly outside now) make sure your hands are seen at all times. Or the sales reps will be in your personal bubble the entire time making false accusations about shoplifting. How are you going to work at Sephora and act as a security guard when you're there to sale ME make up. Pathetic.

I cannot say how welcomed I felt in the store! June took a quick & genuine interest in my needs & her friendly attitude towards her coworkers made me feel like I was in a group of friends. A totally diferent experiene than Ulta.

I order a lot from Sephora, but I am really disappointed that my first order of Play was lost and Sephora said they were out of stock but they would refund my charge. Why wouldn't they send another? How could they be out of stock? I cancelled my subscription, I don't need frustration and to wonder every month if my order will arrive. I'm sticking with Ipsy.

I recently went there with a disabled student who has a passion for fashion and flare.. we had come from a nail salon that treated us poorly and needed a pick me up. Mellisa treated my student like a queen and turned around our whole day.. she did her makeup, made jokes, gave compliments, told us about the products. It's been 2 weeks since the visit and my student still mentions how much she liked Mellisa the makeup woman! Kudos to her. We will b going there for our prom look for sure
