This is not a bank. It's a check cashing service. If you need to do any actual banking you have to schedule an appointment which is impossible to do since they don't answer their phone.

Withdrew $1200 from my account on Monday. The teller accidentally typed in $120 (missed a zero, honest mistake) - at the end of the day they posted another withdrawal to make up the $1080 difference. Great- all is good I thought. The next day I check my account and the original $120 has been adjusted to $1200 and the $1080 is still deducted. So now my account has an additional $1080 withdrawn with no recourse. Went back to the same bank and they said the manager would call me. Waited two hours and I get a call from the teller(not the manager) who informs me it will take 5 days but that I should call back if it isn’t in my account. So now my account has $1080 missing that Wells Fargo has taken without permission with no timeline for when or if I will be reimbursed. Moral of the story- the devil wears Prada and banks at Wells Fargo.

I've had good, fast service at this branch. At Wells Fargo in general, I could do without the fake professional friendliness that the staff has been trained to practice. Please, just complete the transaction and spare me, "How has your day been going so far?"

It amazes me that someone can call themselves an human rights activist but then come to a public forum and shame an employee directly. Shows "your" character and ignorance. Shame on you. I have worked with personal banker, Dalas Perraglio, for a couple years at this branch. He has helped me and my family with so much during hard times. His knowledge and leadership stands out as I see many ppl coming in asking for him by name.

I am a Wells Fargo auto loan customer, but I do not have a Wells Fargo checking account. My best friend is a Wells Fargo customer and sometimes writes checks to me. My best friend and I share the same home so the address on her account matches the address on my photo ID. Everytime I go to Wells Fargo to cash one of her checks, the first question the cashier asks is "Do you have an account with Wells Fargo?". Not a warm fuzzy feeling. Must be a policy, but it is not very customer friendly and it is not logical.

Half of the staff here has no concept of proper customer service. I attempted to get an out-of-state document notarized. The notary did not even ask for my driver's license or give me a logical reason why she could not sign it. I was baffled at her reluctance to help me or look into the situation. I tried another bank who happily serviced me with my proof of identity.

Great friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and attentive, best bank in Santa Fe! Considering all the media driven frenzy they handle them selves well. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Terrible bank. They don't care about your business. I have been with Wells Fargo for many years but the people here don't care about you. I asked the person why they were charging me $5 every two weeks for my Savings Account. He said, "I"m not" but would not clarify why I was receiving these fees. When I told him I was going to close the savings account. He never asked why, didn't care. Why would I want to keep my money with people that don't care about my business.
