Oren and Fred both are very knowledgeable and took care of what I thought was a major problem, in less than 2 hours. Really eased my concerns of putting my boat away for the winter, with issues to repair come spring.All fixed and returned!!Great service

We went here for some help with our boat. Even though we showed up 10 minutes to closing the mechanic, Orin, was more than happy to help us. He was very accommodating and was able to get our boat in first thing. Incredible professionalism and service. Thank you!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Thompson Marine I was pre-fishing for a Toyota series tournament that was starting tomorrow and the thermostat went out of my motor and these guys jumped on it and got everything taken care of and got me ready for the tournament of the following day if you got problems with your with your boat or motor take it to Thompson Marine

I am most definitely satisfied with this place.really friendly people to deal with.even with the covid 19 my boat was fixed in 2 weeks. It's a 1990 checkmate with twin 454 engines on it.i damage both lower units on it and both props.they had my boat all fixed up professionaly done and it dint cost me an arm and a leg to fix it. I would recommend anyone that needs work done on a boat to go to Thompson marine. thx again Thompson marine!!Service: Engine repair

Thompson Marine is by far the best Mercury dealer I have ever dealt with. While practicing for a college bass tournament on the St. Lawrence River I ran into some motor problems. I kept leaking oil from the motor causing my alarm to go off. I called Thompson and they told me to come on down that day and they would get me up and running. I had my doubts but they fixed my motor in under an hour and sent me on my way. Thompson Marine has the best customer service and a well trained staff! Go to Thompson, you won't be disappointed.
