Your hours say you are open until 3. Your lights were off and door was locked by 2:40 little ridiculous that you and all the other restaurants in the Concourse dont actually follow your open and closed times for those who may have had to push their lunches to 2:30 like I had to.

I purchased the mediterranean salad and a large chicken noodle soup. Their website boast "romaine & field greens, hummus, fresh avocado, kalamata olives, feta, grape tomatoes, red bell peppers & cucumbers". Well the avocado was NOT fresh but quite brown, the romaine and field greens were wilted and brown. They obviously don't make their salads fresh daily and fail to check and throw out days old ones. No label on the salads to let you know when the salad was prepared. The soup was definitely out of a can and not homemade. I wanted a healthy lunch but au bon pain did not live up to my expectation. If I get sick I will report you to the health department, heck I may report you anyway. I paid $10.79 for the salad and $6.29 for the large soup. I want my money back.

Got a big breakfast order for a meeting. Praise for the coffee and bagels! The staff was so kind and nice. It's in the empire plaza, which I didn't realize when I ordered online. So you need to park and there's elevators and many steps. But not their fault lol

My job tried to cater us breakfast for our 10 am break. ( 45 people) They confirmed our order twice but the food never showed up. They told us twice it was on the way but we got nothing. Terrible service and they lied twice to us. I would not order from this place. Very sketchy place. as of this review, it’s been over two hours.

My company ordered breakfast for our 10:00 break. I can't comment on the food because we never received the order. If I could give a minus 5 star for service I would.

Its best to place your order online and pick it up. Sandwiches are made by order so going there and standing in line wastes lunch time. The turkey & avocado sandwich on ciabatta is fantastic! I usually get mine toasted. It cost $9. You can purchase a half or whole sandwich.

There are the main Au Bon across from Corning Tower. One woman at the register is slow but the other cashiers are quick. I find the food prep people with the salad and sandwiches are rude but quick. They never have cream cheese out >_ _<

I have eaten from here on occasion and it is pretty good. They mostly do sandwiches and salads, and the sandwiches I have ordered were freshly made and not skimpy on the fillings. Prices are equivalent to the other areas around the ESP- not cheap, but not expensive. My favorite things that they have are their baked goods (cookies, brownies, croissants, etc.) I don't have them often, but now and again something sweet isn't a bad thing. There are many places in the ESP that have coffee, including DD, here and McDonalds. I don't drink coffee so I can't say which is best. They close mid-afternoon, and the two other areas do the same, so if you get a hankering towards the end of the day you might be out of luck.
