This is not a review just information that isn't updated on the website. They don't accept children books anymore.

The store itself has some very very cute things, nice looking furniture etc. I enjoyed browsing and was seriously considering buying a few things. However, when I asked the woman on staff for the price of something…she completely did not respond? I asked twice and had been trying to make eye contact but she kept her head down and never said a word back. It was just super odd and I was left feeling pretty weird about it, we ended up just leaving. My friend who was there thought it might be racial but I don’t know so can’t say. But I also can’t imagine she didn’t hear me, we were the only ones in the store and I was a few feet away! In any case, cute store, but the staff person was unwelcoming, or at best not very attentive.

Loved the staff. Even the volunteers are nice! Decent prices. They definitely have some gems. I love coming in to browse. Wish they had more to look at!

Most overpriced thrift store I've ever been to. almost everything $100+. Ladies leave randomly and close the store. Not going back.

Love this place! You never know what treasure you will find...a brand new collection by Coach? Outfits worn by Broadway stars? Chinese antique dresser? Tiffany plates? Vintage Lenox? Crystal glasses from France? They got it all!

I was delivering food to the cashier and she belittled me. Gave me a horrible attitude because I left her food in the only place that said 31-24 Steinway street which was right next door since her store doesn’t have an address anywhere viable on the outside. She then proceeded to complain to uber trying to get me fired. During a pandemic while I’m trying to make ends meet she tried to take my only source of income.. Not friendly or humane. Her name was Erica.. I normally wouldn’t give a review but she did it to me first :)

Horrible experience. Workers are incredibly rude, the girl erica behind the register gave me unnecessary attitude and was very unhelpful. Needless to say, i won't be going back.

Very organized and clean thrift store. They have used clothing , nice furniture and other things . I always enjoy taking a look when ever I'm on Steinway Staff are very nice and are very helpful They are following cdc guild lines by wearing masks and having customers wear masks they are also limiting the amount of people allowed in the store at a time

Nice shop but the workers r always stepping out of the store. It says be back in a few minutes & people r waiting for an hour. The same thing happened last tome. Great shop if u can find someone working in the store. A word to the owner , if u r openFor business , then it should be OPEN

Nice stuff sold for a good cause. I've bought some really nice housewares here - vases, steamer trunks, framed pictures, antique mirrors. Also check out their warehouse in LIC for more furniture/decor.

I like to come in here a lot but I have found the sales associate that is a larger girl , tall, with long straight, black hair very unfriendly. She has an attitude if you ask questions. I work in retail in Manhattan and know it can be exhausting but this is a smaller, Slow paced thrift store in Astoria! I just don't understand. It makes me not want to go in. Everyone else is enjoyable to be around. There is a woman with short hair and glasses, love her, and a younger girl with long blondish hair that is always sweet and I like her a lot. Honestly Everyone else has been great but after my last experience I was just really put off from the energy this girl put out. The prices have gone up on things that are in poor condition. I would assume that's why the items don't move anymore. People like to come in here to see what they can find, looking for unique pieces at good deals and have a relaxing experience and the past 6 or so months have not been that. I haven't purchased anything in months here. Hope it changes because I loved that they moved closer to me.
