John was exceptional in his service!!! He was patient and friendly and made what would normally be a tedious and difficult process super easy. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt it necessary to emphasize how helpful he was in helping me with deals to save me money. If you live in this area and need help with your bills or service taken care of I can’t recommend John enough!!

This is the worse service carrier i’ve ever had. they charged me hidden fees and i received a bill for $300 meanwhile could not connect mad has a bad service the whole month.
Don’t ever sign up. you will regret it

SEAMLESSLY.

Whatever they tell you they do different things.... They always raise the price.., you have to wait long... they get wised sometimes.... You better off calling customer service.

Went there today to upgrade my phone and Kostas an employee was eager to tell me I couldn't upgrade my phone because I needed to have my phone for at least 18 months..which made absolutely no sense I had to call customer service right there on spot to hold him accountable and they Said why would he make such a ridiculous statement I can upgrade my phone at anytime...as long as I paid off at least half of the phone which I was willing to do he didn't want to help me that was the major issue all other employees were listening and looking as if they new he was misleading me but none bothered to intervene spectrum store on 23rd Ave and 31st shame on all of you...I truly believe he is a racist .....and didn't want to help me ....he didn'tmake an effort until i got on the phone with customerservice.

SCAM!!!
They lie to you to add a phone number to your plan. A year back I had gone to transfer the account in my name. I made it clear to them that I am only interested in Internet, that I want the lowest price they have. They told me and insisted that there is nothing else lower than 80$ a month for internet but if I get a phone number in my name I will pay $45 the first year and not $80 which is for the Internet. When I saw on the bill that it said Internet/TV I started looking into it and found out I was paying $30 extra a month for TV I didn't ask for and never used. They take advantage of some people not having time and don't know it to earn their BONUSES and upsell to bigger contracts and it seems to be a group tactic as I remember the employee asking his superior that I spoke to about the internet. it's not bad to promote other programs, but things change when you lie to exploit the customer who at the time doesn't know. SHAME

I was here today 3/4/24 for a phone upgrade Kostas (spectrum employee)
Was eager to tell me I couldn't upgrade my phone because I needed to have it for 18 months which made absolutely no sense I have the s23 ultra and I desired to have s24 ultra I had a balance of 8 hundred dollars on phone I expressed to him that I customer service told me I was to pay an additional 200 dollars and it should not be any issue...that wasn't good enough for him.....he also said if i paid the 200 dollars the computer may still not let me get the phone .... please make it make sense.what made it worse was the other employees there were all listening and looking as if they new he was misleading me but no one intervened...they all just let it happen....I had to call customer service again while In store to hold him accountable and only then did he start to call as well and of course after much time wasted I was able to upgrade my phone after i did my investigation...we mysteriously got the same answer at the same time he wouldn't have called had i not called myself.....I absolutely didn't go through with the upgrade I walked out but I first expressed myself he didn't want to help masking his true intentions with passive racism..I am n American first and foremost ..He needs to be addressed I bet he's done this before the customer service rep I had on phone Said why would he make such a ridiculous statement they apologized for my experience yet no one in store did...they all just kept watching me go through pure foolery....its all on camera please check for yourself.....it was almost as if he made me feel like I was scamming so he made up his mind not to let me get the phone....
