Had to do a deposit and also had to sit down to discuss some banking too. There was only 2 employees working on the platform for service. So I had to sit and wait to be helped. Sat for about 15 mins just as I was gonna leave the branch manager came out and sat down to help me. He was very nice and answered my questions and helped me with my banking.

Wish I could give a 0. I deposited multiple checks in the ATM and but did not get credit for one of the checks. I called to get it resolved but was hung up on by a rather rude banker. I called back to speak to the manager who was more interested in defending the rude behavior rather than helping the customer.

Not the most helpful staff. We wanted to open a small business account and we got a song and dance about the requirements. We left and went to the Chase RVC branch and opened it without any problems.

Im here now while 5here only one custoner at the window no lane behind them and the two representatives are at their desk talking. And not asking if i need hell. Yes i can walk to you, but didnt you see me walk in and sign in.

HEADS - UP I came into this location for a complete different situation. While i was being helped , the branch manager informed me that I had been Pre-approved for a credit card. (A Card that i was not even interested in or was even a right fit for me based in my situation) After speaking to the branch manager to see if this will work for me, I decided to move forward and get it. Long story short, I felt misinformed about the real perks on this card and have not used this credit card at all for what I needed. When you come into this location, keep on mind .. you are speaking to sales people motivated to sell credit cards and any other services this bank offers (their own personal profit) , BUT putting their customers needs before theirs is not one of their primary goals. Cant tell every single Chase Branch will do the same, but this is the experience that I had at this location. - Besides that, they helped me get my debit card replacement and was satisfied with that service.
