I was forced to switch to here bc insurance no longer was accepted at our usual place. Every time my child's doctor sends a script over from an appointment in the morning, it is never ready when we go to pick it up. It doesn't matter what time. Today is was after 5pm and they said a half an hour. They do this every time. It's automatically half an hour. It's like they wait until you show up asking for it before they start it. I purposely wait all day so it would be ready, but no, I have to drive all the way back home or find something to do and then come back later. Unacceptable

I ended up moving back to wegmans. They kept asking my old doctor for refills scripts and wondering why I wasn’t getting any. I clearly had my new doctor on file because he’s been refilling my scripts for. Every time I call there I’m put on hold for over twenty minutes at times to we’re I have to call them back. Just no waste of my time.

Excellent store. Fast pharmacy, clean store, well stocked and plenty of different options for things I buy. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Just leave this pharmacy and go to Wegmans or Walgreens. Called because we needed an emergency inhaler as we were going on a trip, was told they’ll rush it and it’ll be ready in 15min. I called to add an extra item and I understand that wouldn’t be ready for a while but I was at least expecting the inhaler to be ready when I arrived a half hour later. I understand that I put a rush on them but they are a pharmacy, it’s not like we can go and get a rescue inhaler anywhere else, it is literally their job to give you your medicine if you need it. Apparently, if you are in desperate need of an inhaler, you’re better off dying as you will not get one when you need it and will have to wait in their hour-long queue. Seriously, this place isn’t worth giving business to. We will certainly be leaving this pharmacy.

I think they try the best but need more staff that's a reason for the not great reviews. Understaff will do that
