About Fingerlakes SPCA
The Finger Lakes SPCA in Bath is an animal shelter and rescue with a mission to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. It is a very clean place with excellent, compassionate, and wonderful staff and volunteers who do their best. The shelter is extremely busy, especially with cats and kittens, and operates with limited staff while caring for a lot of animals. Their responsibility goes beyond adoption. They run a low-cost spay/neuter program and operate a pet food pantry. They have been involved with many animal cruelty cases and provide help during both good and bad times. They work to ensure animals have good homes and are great at matching animals and people. The cats inside all look happy to be there. They also offer humane education. This is a great place all around for the community and the animals, who are lucky to have them.

The staff was terrific. We had unfortunately had an older Chihuahua pass away and we were looking to adopt another Chihuahua and we couldn't be happier with the one we received. We look forward to many years with our newest family member. Thanks to the moon and back.
