Found everything I needed quickly and easily.
Produce was fresh and deli man Lyric was was fast, accurate and pleasant. Young lady at the self checkout was helpful and friendly. In and out in 7 minutes what more could you ask for?

This supermarket is always clean they're very friendly and helpful there is little to no wait and you are in and out

The Past two times I have shopped at this location, they said that the stop n shop cards couldn't be used or else it breaks self checkout or the legacy registers. So any discounts that they have posted on the shelf are false because at checkout you cant use your card. Go to any other Stop N Shop location PLEASE. Unfriendly service from some members of staff and some of the customers shop like they are entitled to the entire aisle.

I’ve always shopped at Stop and Stop, but this was my first time at the Bay Shore location since I am new to town. I’d rather travel to a different location all because of my checkout experience. My cashier couldn’t acknowledge my greeting, thank you’s, nothing! He was too busy having inappropriate discussions with other the male cashiers. Have those talks on your break, not when there’s kids or anyone around for that matter.

Me and my wife went to Stop & Shop at 533 Montauk highway Bayshore New York . What peppers Poland Spring water. The sign they have for Spring water Is sitting right on top of the Poland Spring water. As the picture shows. So I misunderstood the sign. And I bought a 4 pack of peppers. So the bill came out to $33.99. I said there couldn't be. Again I misunderstood the sign. The problem is when I went to return the water I had just stepped out the store and I turned around and went back in. To return the water and the lady at the customer service department. I believe she is the manager. Was very very sarcastic And not what I would Expect From my supervisor. I wish I could record a conversation to get the money back. But what she did say was being that I picked up the pollen Spring water instead of the Natural Spring water. What's very Confusing to me as she said why didn't the register give you the price. Well because then the lady worked in a register would have been wrong and she would have gotten trouble. Anyway Me and my wife always went to the store but with this incident and treated was not good so I'm not going back in the store anymore.

This is my favorite supermarket and is very uncomfortable to deal with someone with an attitude when is not even rush hour .
