Joe is always prompt; professional; knowledgeable; efficient; friendly and courteous. He always go the extra mile to ensure tenant’s satisfaction. The location is wonderful.The grounds are clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Boulevard Towers as a great place to live.”
“My parents up until a couple months ago lived at Quqkertowne for over 20 years
I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to them. They were in their 90's so there were things they needed help with from changing a light bulb to putting hand rails in the tub. When they called for anything they were there that day. They need an airconditioner, oven replaced through the years it was within a day or so. Having them live there was a Huge comfort to the family

“I have lived here for seven months now and I absolutely love it here. Sandy and Joan in the office have been extremely helpful and always get back to me promptly. The maintenance crew Nelson, Juan and Tom are top notch: The few minor repairs were taken care of very quickly and when my air conditioner needed to be repaired they installed a new unit in one day. It’s a lovely setting and very private.”

“Sweethome's maintenance service and front desk services are great! They're always friendly, quick, and helpful.
I hope that Sweethome's Gym has better ventilation in the future. It's hard to breathe in there sometimes.”
“I think this is a really convinent place to live especially if you have children. The amenities are a plus. I find the office staff very easy to deal with and informative. Leasing offices deal with a lot of crazy people and I feel like this office does a really fine job individually. My apartment complex is clean. There’s a cleaner who cleans the hallways every week. I find Idylwood to be prompt with requests as well. Minor complaints so far in comparison to a lot of other apartment buildings/ landlords. As for neighbors you can’t blame the apartment buildings for dirty people. But even still it hasn’t been too much of an issue thus far which was one of my biggest concerns moving into a complex.”
“My daughter and I enjoyed living here. We love our neighbors, and have made many friends in the community. It is quiet where we are and the maintenance are very personable. We are moving because we need a bigger space, but all in all, we were happy for the time we had this as our home.”

“The apartment in Deerlakes is a very clean, comfortable, and safe place to live. For small families that love being outside and taking walks by the lake, this is a terrific spot. I will truly miss the four years that my family and I spent living in Unit 2310. Ashley, the property manager, is incredibly considerate and efficient at resolving any issues you may have!
