“I was so impressed with your sales representative “Adam” who went over the top in helping us replace one of our nightstands due to damage that we unfortunately caused. The nightstands were originally purchased from Raymour 18 months ago. We’ve purchased other furniture from Raymour in the past and have always been satisfied with the service received. I called the store to see if we could purchase a replacement nightstand and was told by the store rep at the time that it was no longer available. So for the next several days my husband and I discussed how to remedy this problem including hiring a furniture refinisher to fix the damaged piece. But just for the heck of it, I went on the Raymour website, and there was the nightstand we needed! The website indicated that there were 7 available. I immediately called the Amherst store and had the pleasure of speaking with “Adam”. I mentioned that I had called the store the week before and told him about the response I got. Adam had the diplomacy and decency to say that the other rep was likely not at fault because the system may not have updated stock availability at that time. He helped us thru the order process, delivery process, and continued to follow up to make sure that we were satisfied with the whole transaction. If I could give more than five stars I would. Adam is a credit to your firm.”

“What a great find! We needed to replace a few cushions and Upholstery Unlimited came up on the Google radar. We took the Base Cushions in to be sized and replicated. We had the cushion covers dry cleaned then returned them to the shop to be zipped around the BRAND NEW CUSHIONS. Everything fit to a T! We were sitting on a (like new) loveseat in less time than it would take to buy a whole new couch!! We loved the team at Upholstery Unlimited. From the moment I walked in the door, they were very welcoming, attentive to detail, and exhibited superior craftsmanship with the finished product!!It was great to support our Local Business!! We’ll go there again when the time comes!!”

I had conversed with Mandi on Facebook prior asking if she had some specific pieces and then told her what it was for and she was super kind and willing to help throw her furnishing ideas on the table! “We recently made a second purchase of outdoor furniture from this retailer. They not only offer high quality outdoor furniture but also stand behind their products. We had trouble with one of the swivel rocking chairs and they picked it up and are replacing the chair as well as the matching chair which is performing well. You can't get better than that. “How could I have not been more descriptive in my previous review? Let's be clear: this is the best hidden gem EVER. Now, I do like a lot of places, but if I were to pick the place with the best deals and coolest assortment of stuff, it would be this WB Mason WhattaBargain store. It's just AWESOME and barely anyone knows about it. Looking for any furniture? This place has the best office chairs, cabinets, storage bins, tables, filing cabinets, and so much more for so inexpensive prices! Looking for office supplies? I come here once per month and fill up a box with office supplies. Nothing has prices, and the best part is that nothing is ever certain. Every time I come here there is a completely different assortment of products. This is because a lot of the things they sell have been returned because they may be damaged or the incorrect item, or somewhere just didn't want them. Either way, everything is cheap, and Kevin, the guy who runs the warehouse is a great guy. Just this month he has added a complete (and huge) section of chef supplies and kitchen gadgets and tools. Prices are all still WAY lower than any retailer and this stuff is brand new. All teachers should be able to benefit from this place. My classroom is filled with extra supplies because of the astoundingly low prices and great products I get here. I would suggest this place more than any other place I've been to, it's just that good. And for the record, don't bother with other WB Mason Whatta Bargains, both the one in Boston and the one in Woburn don't have any office supplies and are more like a showroom. Still low prices, but more like retail, while this place is a complete discount store. Great service all the time and always great service from Kevin, he's the best! HIGHLY SUGGESTED. 5 stars for WB Mason. This place deserves 20 stars though....”
