My lawyer decided to use Chase to manage a transaction for me despite my repeated protests. Drew, the branch manager at this location, omitted a number from the wire when they sent it yesterday, so now I'm in limbo. I have to just take his word that the $50k+ money that I'm waiting for is stuck in the banking system indefinitely and his hands are tied, there's nothing Chase can do now. That would be understandable and I'm taking it up with my bank, but what prompted this negative review was Drew's attitude that I should just be satisfied not getting my $51k+ because "everyone makes mistakes". Oh well, I guess it's all just Caveat emptor!

I have been coming to this place for 8 years now and I am very glad I did so: great service, helpful staff, and convenient access. I have had a few hiccups with small issues, but staff at this location have always been supportive, thoughtful and have successfully managed issues. Looking forward to continuing to support this location, and I certainly recommend this business for your financial needs.
