The store was nice and clean, and I was given the best customer service from Jasmin. She was sweet, patient, kind, and funny, especially when interacting with my little 4.5 year old brother (who loves Paw Patrol)!

I I wish I could give this store no stars. My mom and I were in this store shopping for Christmas and I must say the manager was very rude to my mom. We had no proper greeting and when the manager was checking us out he barely said a word to us at all and never said goodbye in proper manner in fact he didn't say goodbye at all. ( usually when you deal with customer service your greetings are important and around the holiday season it's always nice to wish people happy holidays as they are shopping for gifts ) I've worked in customer service for years so I know how this entire ballgame goes! I'm not much of a complainer but this was just ridiculous. Greeting the customer is huge and asking if we need help is important as well. When people walk into a store they want to feel welcomed and greeted not as if we are annoying the manager because they are doing their job. The manager made us feel not wanted or valued as a customer. If he would've simply interacted with us during this transaction I would not be here complaining. It's not hard to be nice to people especially around this time of the year!
