This branch serves a very large area and 2 ATMs is not adequate. Every time I try to use the ATM the line is out the door. Chase needs to add more ATMs to this branch or add more branches in the area.

Hands down the worst chase branch ever. The tellers are slow and incompetent. 3 people on line = a minimum 40 minute wait. This is the only chase branch near me so I'm forced to deal with these people. If you have any other option, use it. Again, the worst branch and tellers ever. Don't use this branch

Set up a meeting to talk about savings accounts , spent 20 minutes waiting for the appointment I made , only to be brought into the office of their financial adviser who aggressively tried to persuade me to open up a CD. Which i would have really considered had I not been deceived. asked if I could talk to the original person I made the appointment with only to be told that they were in another meeting . Colossal waste of time and energy . I don’t even want to bank with chase anymore.

I’ve been banking with Chase since they used to give $10.00 if they made you wait longer than 30 minutes (over 30 yrs) . A very long time…Always a positive experience with mutual trust & respect. I was treated like a thief on 7/13/22 when I tried to complete a transaction. The manager needs sensitivity training since staring at someone in distress with disdain shows a deplorable attitude. Also, If you have standing for long periods of time ( for me and my disabled husband it was over an hour) limitations, this location isn’t for you as they won’t take care ( refusing the request) of your needs in one of the cubicles. I will also add that the teller became a bully when the PIN number didn’t work. He kept telling my husband that it required a 4 digit code when my husband uses 7 digits. It was awful! This location on 7/13/22 offered the worst banking experience of my adult life. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My mother was banking at this bank as she is a senior citizen every month or account would be scammed. My mom removed her entire account to another bank and it stopped. At 1st I thought she was just being paranoid But then I spoke to another friend and she said there's a strong possibility that there's some problem with this particular branch I'm not the one to say it's or false. It just seemed rather odd that it would stop when she moved to another bank.

This branch has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! This definitely starts from the managers and trickles down to the employees. They do NOT offer speedy service at all! Tell me how you can open up a bank account through online in 5 minutes, but if you walk into the actual bank, they tell you it takes an hour and you have to have an appointment even if there is no one there. It sounds like the managers just like to sit around and do nothing all day. Honestly Chase, you’re better off just shutting down this branch and going strictly online, you’d save yourself a lot of payroll that’s going to waste. Or alternatively, get a whole new management team that will actually do some work and provide real customer service and solutions to your customers.

I’ve been a client at this branch for years, and they’re extremely effective especially for clients with business accounts. I’m unsure as to what is happening but the lack of customer service and attention to customers is concerning. Everything requires an appointment, this is fair but chase should be transparent about what requires an appointment and what doesn’t. Clients arrive and wait to be called or enter for their appointment, in the past someone was there to check what clients needed and direct them this isn’t the case any longer. You have to seek someone out yourself as everyone is always “busy”. You simply just go and stand around. Throughout the years this bank has provided excellent customer service, however with the shifts after covid they have lost the importance of quality over quantity. If slight changes are made I’m sure the branch can go back to before when their customer service was unmatched.

Genesis Baez is extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of fulfilling her duties she rather be argumentative and lie about protocol. Tellers just want to congregate together and talk shop, won’t be giving my business to the branch and looking to switch my bank overall. If i could give it no stars I would. If any of the staff is ready this be mindful of who you play with…..

This branch is the worst. The employees move at a snail’s pace and simple tasks are drawn out. Huge waste of time plus the employees are incredibly incompetent. I spoke with a supervisor and they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I don’t understand how Chase can keep their customers in the area when they have a team underperforming at this level. I might just have to take my business elsewhere.

It is so disrespectful what chase Bank has done. They recently closed down their 1308 East Gunhill Road branch, which is ridiculous because it was literally the ONLY bank around this area. Now there’s not one bank within a 15 block radius of the neighborhood. For a while they kept the atm machines in place, which was helpful. But now they’ve shut those down too. I think it’s so sad how big corporations treat the lower income communities. Now, if you wish to go to a chase bank, you have to travel to either end of Gun Hill Road by bus or car. All the local elderly and small businesses have been gravely affected by this change. And the part that makes NO sense is that they left the Chase banks in bay plaza open and they also left the bank on Bartow & E Gun Hill open…. but those banks are less than .5 miles from each other. It would’ve made more sense for the COMMUNITIES that these banks serve to keep open the bay plaza bank and the 1308 bank. But that’s the filthy truth about these banks. For the locations that aren’t placed in affluent neighborhoods they do not care about how their banks contribute to our functionality and daily living. This world grows more revolting by the day. Do better chase, trying actually caring about the people you claim to service.
