Honestly, one of the best experiences I had at this location was during the recent Thanksgiving rush. Despite how busy the store had gotten, there was a pleasant clerk named Elizabeth who had this positive energy as she welcomed customers and rung up items. I haven't been to Family Dollar enough to know if she's still working there, but I hope her employer (whether this company or a future one) appreciates her refreshingly charming customer service. It's rare. Especially in the Bronx.

This place gets very crowded in the late afternoons till closing and they usually only have 2 cashier's most of the time sometimes 3 but this is a very hot spot family dollar every thing flies off the shelf's here so it's first come first serve

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager at the Family Dollar located at 2301 Jerome Ave, Bronx, NY 10468. When I visited the store on May 24, 2024, the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a tone that was completely unprofessional and discourteous. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for customers. I strongly advise against visiting this location if you expect any level of professionalism from the management. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Never the place to be. Long lines, they never have what I need. I think I made my last visit there, sorry. I actually put the things I was buying on the side and walked out because you never have enough cashiers working.
