They sold me a defective charger. I was a little annoyed, but went back thinking it would be no big deal to get an exchange. I was wrong… a worker named Kiandra lied and said there was nothing she could do and said how did she know I hadn’t just messed up the charger myself (so straight out accused me of fraud). She alleged open electronics couldn’t be replaced and I could only speak to a gm named manny who magically wasn’t around.Guess what, I looked up the ACTUAL return policy on family dollar’s website and showed it to her so she was forced to follow store policy- which says you can get an exchange for an open electronic item with the original receipt (which I thankfully still had).Even then, Kiandra was so rude she insisted she wouldn’t continue replacing chargers for me (insinuating again that I was lying or wrong somehow to have the expectation of getting a working charger after I paid too much for it). I offered to have them try the new charger in store to confirm if the replacement charger worked, but she refused. There was no apology for treating me poorly and trying to basically rob me of $20 for a defective charger and lying about the stores return/exchange policy.AVOID this store. I now understand why it was so empty in an area with so many people… this place should’ve been filled with people but instead wasn’t as well stocked or filled with people like other family dollar stores I’ve been to.

I'm so Glad they opened back. The Staff is Friendly & Good Prices for Name Brands Beauty Products. I just Hate the Long Line's.. I Love Shopping here..

Good place to get certain things at a good price. Customer service is 50/50 depending on staff. But have never had a problem myself.

I like this FD but just feel so unsafe when I visit. No security & the staff definitely not stepping in. But they always h e my items so I'm in & out quickly.

They have a variety of good things such as household supplies, laundry supplies and home goods but when it comes to their food please make sure you check the dates. They have expire items since 2020. Very unprofessional. When it comes to food they are suppose to check the dates every 6 to a year. Thank god i notice the dates before giving it to my child. I called same day I bought it and spoke with a gentleman. Next day I went to go get my money back and checked to see if they had dispose the items and NO the same old cereals boxes were there. Not only cereal but other items were expired as well.

This family dollar isn't to bad still gets crowded but they do have more register people to help out and there's always delivery so they keep up on stock that is great thing 2 thumbs up whoever in charge of ordering

This is where I would shop most of the time if a had too, the prices are not a dollar for everything but the price still good.
