Very unprofessional. I call every day for an appointment and they tell me they're all book call the next day. I call the next day and then they tell me to call back on Monday. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for a month now and no one here has answers for me.

The Clinic has so much resources that u never knew. I was speaking to someone that worked there and she directed me to the back to talk to someone. The lady she referred me to is what I needed. I’m thankful and grateful for this Clinic.

Everyone at this facility was very polite and professional. The service was incredibly fast. My appointment was for 2pm and I was called right on time, so no wait time at all. Very neat as well.

If I could ask them to give 0 stars I would give them, the worst medical service that exists, they make an appointment for you at 9:00 in the morning, I arrive at 8:30 first thing and they blatantly treat 3 people before me, terrible service

The front desk staff was great. The wait time is horrible! Always spent at least 2 hours waiting to see the doctor even with an appointment.

I swear this the worst location everytime I come here I wait almost an entire day n nothing gets done ✔️ they give u the run around or forget you sitting in the waiting area like how I'm still waiting and my appointment was at 11.20am ? I remind them they say sorry and I'm still waiting. Smh ?♀️going on two hrs I'm not sick my physical is up to date and I'm still not seen for jus to drop off paperwork.

Started out great. Had the best secretary and Dr Pilosov has been amazing all the years I’ve been getting care at the facility but all these new people are disconnected and have no empathy. Ready to move on! Just waste of time. Needed blood work done but because I don’t have a physical the FNP on staff wouldn’t assist. Again moving on. Ran that place down to the ground.

NYC health website let you make an appointment to get cross vaccination with moderna and pfizer but at the site they will deny you. Come here for pfizer only. Wasted my time and money coming to this place.
