The staff at this pharmacy is unbelievablely rude and unprofessional. The older latina woman at the pharmacy literally walked away twice while I was speaking to her. No excuse or one second, she just straight up walked away. Be better Walgreens.

Now I see why this place has 2.3 stars . This place sucks . Waiting 20 mins in the pharmacy while they talk about the supervisor and how annoying she is . Smfh ... (the pharmacist should know better but she's texting about covering Thursday. How they are trying to move Ashley to anther store blah blah . How they have family coming over for Christmas eve and not to bother her cause she did 40 hours . One medication that should have been done already took 20 mins . And everyone left . Disgusting !!!!!!!!

terrible... so unprofessional... they say ur medication is not in...and make u wait over week..when it is in...dont know how they are still in business... make it very dangerous for patients who need maeds after surgery...a disgrace???☹️☹️☹️

First of all, I am sorry to all customers who had to wait so long on line. I have a big problem in management, becuase I am surprised this place hasn't gotten shut down yet. The robberies that is been going on in that store is ridiculous and the managers don't know how to stop them. Then I have a problem with floor staffing. They needs to be more than 4 staff members in the store at the same time. It's is frustrating that I need to do outdates and I cant becuase I am doing more cashier then outdates this week. And if the health department sees that I am not doing it I get in trouble and next week is going to be alot. Them I have no breaks, and my boss sometimes don't wear a theatro. ONE OF THESE DAYS I WANT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT GIVING US A BAD GRADE so the managers can learn their lesson! And with all the robberies going on THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!YOU GONNA GET SICK! I HAVENT CHECK FOR EXPIRED STUFF

Worst pharmacy in the Bronx! If I could give 0 stars I would.I have numerous accounts of my awful experiences here but I’ll save you the trouble and jot down what you should expect here.- Astronomically long phone wait times: I’ve waited “on-hold” for over a hour on more on many occasions and have even stopped in while still onHold to see no one behind the counter picking up. Or the phone was picked up and left off the receiver.- unprofessionalism: I’ve been hung up on mid-question on the phone or the phone was picked up and then promptly disconnected right after.- Ridiculously long lines in store: There are usually only 1 or 2 staff members behind the counter and without fail one will have a disgustingly unnecessary attitude.- Inconsistency: I once called the pharmacy to re-fill a prescription I needed for the next week and the voice operator relayed “3 callers ahead of you”. This continued and went down to “1 caller” for about an hour. I went to the store to see the pharmacy was completely closed and when I asked. A store assorted what was going on she said “call corporate. Our pharmacists called out today and no one picked up came in to cover.” They literally just kept the phone lines as they were giving false hope that the pharmacy was even open.Slow stocking: I’ve called for my prescription a full week ahead and came to pick up (after waiting on hold) only to be told it was out of stock.This pharmacy is seriously a nightmare. I’ve since switched, I recommend you do too.

Customer service is dead. Non attentive staff. I had to ring a bell to get a product that was locked up. Rep came over asked ND I quote "What do you want? " I told her what I wanted she informed me you can get it at another asile. No eye contact, seemed bothered. I get the product go over to pay for it. Rep is not at cashier. Yells out to me he will be right there. Had me wait a bit. Too busy ripping up some boxes. I asked him is that more important than attending to a customer. Mind you the entire is empty.

my dad went to get some medicine for my son and a pharmacy employee put void in the prescription and it damaged it when my son was sick, they are very racist??

Line's at the pharmacy are ridiculously long and the staff is always changing, so it seems each new member has to be trained and that slows everything down, I'd change to a different pharmacy but they have parking and are nationwide.

Terrible pharmacy. I was rushed off the phone with wrong information after being left on hold for 40 minutes. The pharmacist hung up on me as I was asking a follow up question about my prescription copay. I'm genuinely surprised at the lack of professionalism from people reasonable for dispensing medication.
