I have over 2months trying to get some business card.Were almost 3mo’s in I spoke with Lisa , Chrystel both said that they would have theOrder done on Site & submitted to the Hub.There’s never a welcoming moment coming to this staples. Printing department needs more HELP!!

The slowest. They have like 2-3 people working at a time. I was in line for 20 minutes to pay for a box!! Then you have to make another line to drop off for Amazon and UPS, like the DMV in here. Maybe worse.

One of the worst customer service i’ve ever experience in my life. Its my first time visiting a Staples and i’m never going to one again. The manager in the copy center area was very rude and impatient and treated customers bad. I arrived early to send a fax. When i got there i was waiting in the counter to be assisted when a man (employee) ask me what i needed and i told him i wanted to fax something. He told me i had to do it using one of the printers (self-use) there are 6 printers. NONE OF THE 6 PRINTERS WERE WORKING. i went back to the employee to let him know that none of them were working if he could assist me when this woman that i guess was the manager in that area told me: which machine is not working? i said: all of them are not working. she said with a tone of sarcasm: ohh thats so weird out of nowhere none of the machines are working. and i replied: yes they say employee attention req… and she interrumpted and said: ma’am i said i’ll check it know wait for me over there. she didnt even try to fix them and treated other customers so terrible talking with a nasty atitude, so so rude i dont know how a person like that can be in customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the bald headed overweight lil girl with the ugly pink jerry curl style hair!! Never met someone so unprofessional at the staples until today!! Her name is Keirra, and you can't miss her with that terrible hairstyle!! Her attitude shows she shouldn't be working with customers but needs to be a clown at the circus!! She's even rude to her manager and doesn't follow directions at all! The manager (Mohammad) is no better than her allowing such behavior!! I will never do business here again again!!

I went to this staples and ordered a 4×6 photo prints of about 55 pictures around 3pm. They could not do it same day or expedite it so I was asked to pick up next day and paid $68.56. I came back next day at 7:50pm and my print job was not ready. At 8pm I inquired how much longer I had to wait and one staff explained that they had a lot of orders ahead of me and had to do them first, also their machine breaks down after every 5 prints so that caused delays. Should I have to pay for the inefficiency of your machines? You shouldn't take pront jobs if your machines are faulty.I called my mom who has been waiting in the car what was causing the delay.Another staff jumped on me expressing that my job is stressful and I'm underpaid so it's same everywhere. Meanwhile I didn't mention anything about my job (I went there in work clothes after work).Later, he asked for my receipt, then asked to show me something on the computer. I followed him only for him to tell me that they were suppose to charge me over $300 for my 56 4x6 photos buy I paid $68 and I'm being rude on top of it.I got really upset and felt grossly disrespected so I told him off. At 8:20pm, they gave me the photos and it was of such a poor quality that I was even more upset. The sizes were not uniform 4x6. The pictures were either stretched out or compressed. It was difficult to even recognize who was in the pics.I called the office next day, narrated incident to supervisor and asked for full refund which was granted. This happened on 10/21/23.I am still disgusted by the staffs unprofessionalism, unserskilled for the job, and extremely poor customer service.Ps: I later found an auto-generated email in my inbox of when they started printing my pictures, it was at 7:37 pm. Meanwhile I paid for the job at 3pm the previous day. I will not recommend this store esp their photo print section to anyone.I ordered the same print job at mpix for $12.99 and I love the job they did for me.

Absolutely a waste of time if you have a deadline just invest in office supplies and a printer. This place is a skeleton crew establishment. Employees walk right passed you can sit in a store for 40 minutes and n no one will approach you they will actually avoid you that was my experience today. Never supporting this business again.
