Extremely disrespectful staff, I was quoted a price and specific details on what was needed when I came into the office after having to drive hours. Not only was the older black male working there disrespectful, he wasted my time. DON’T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE CALLED AMERIJET INTERNATIONAL.!!!!!!!!!!!

They are all crooks in Amerijet, we sent packages from Haiti to NY, arrived at the office to collect the packages in NY they ask us $1000 to collect the packages, except in the invoices given at departure nothing is mentioned that we should pay this amount for storage, and we left the packages for the necessary follow-up with our lawyerBe careful with Amerijet because it's a company to avoid

Normally, I do not do reviews and believe me I do not do reviews at all. The people that leave 4 start here they pay them do not believe it.DON’t SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY IS WORSTLet me save you the headache, and the time do not come here to this place to ship your package do not do it because you will regret it.They will tell you that you will receive the package by 3 to 4 days and it’s more like four weeks do not do it !!!! Run from this company .

Used to use them all the time years ago, so I don't know what's happened. After waiting OUTSIDE for 45min yesterday because they're only letting inside 2 customers at a time??? Anyways as soon as it was my turn, they got up and left for lunch without any notice or word about reopening time. Who does this? People without competition, that's who. If it wasn't for that fact, I wouldn't bother returning. Just poor, poor service.

I had a great experience at Amerijet. We had a family emergency. I took my box to Amerijet a Wednesday and the following Tuesday they received it in Jamaica. I would recommend this place for shipping.?
