The quality of the car wash has gone down while the prices have gone up over the years. My car was still visibly dirty after doing yesterday and spending over $30+ tip, and I noticed scratches in the side of my car that weren’t there before.
Also they no longer do the customer loyalty punch cards to earn a free wash. And they won’t rewash your car if you get caught in the rain.
Do yourself a favor and find another car wash.

Usually good service here. Today they were super slow with a complete lack of attention to detail. Soap still on my car and both wheels weren’t even touched!
I’m def going elsewhere next time.

i used to be a regular here but never again! i will also tell all of my family who comes here to stop immediately. the website says open until 6pm and that is the time. unfortunately, i arrived at 5:35 and they just closed the gate. i almost had an asthma attack running around and begging can they wash my car because i couldn't drive with my children in the dirty car! they weren't even worried about the safety of my children then lied and said they close at 5pm. my loyalty card with 8 washes currently will be thrown in the garbage!! my money will be spent elsewhere!!!!

Absolutely atrocious customer service and will be telling my friends who are regulars here in the area to avoid this place at all costs. They closed earlier than the site says they should and denied not only my family but another. Go elsewhere if possible, there are other places in the neighborhood, boost business somewhere else!

Taking your car for a wash can feel like a complete waste of money. The only thing you really need to make sure of is that you've paid for it.

This carwash offers top-notch service. My car looked brand new after their full-service wash, both inside and out. The waiting time was a bit long, but the results were fantastic. I’ll definitely be back for regular washes to keep my car in tip-top shape.

A dependable car wash. It won’t get your ride spotless after a winter being parked outside but what place will? The low-end packages are the best value for most situations as the higher-end ones only offer additional exterior services that are most effective if you get your car washed every week.

I arrived at 5:25 and the guy said that he could not do the premium car wash because they are closing in 15 minutes and it take 25 minutes to do the premium wash. The car wash closes at 6 pm.

they are not clean the car just throw some water and wipe it. do not clean your car from the car wash. don’t waste your money

I do not understand the low star rating . The employees are very nice and respectful. They take the time to wash it down before the car goes through the wash. I really appreciate this place for the thorough cleaning they give the cars. My car shines bright like a diamond!

My excuse for coming here was it was convenient, but no longer. When you pay $31.95 you expect to receive all the services listed and at the very least a decent level of service. Here you get neither, just aggravation when you get a semi clean car at the end.
During my visit today a customer two cars in front of me came back to the car wash entrance complaining there was no soap being used. Surely enough when it was my turn that thick layer of foam that used to be applied to my car was not there, almost looked as if no soap was being used. Then towards the end the undercarriage wash did not even come on. For the "Super" wash package I paid for I did not get soap, wax & undercarriage wash. I don't even bother to have them remove the rubber mats to wash them. They don't dry the mats properly and do not put them back in the way they found it. When they apply Armour All on the tires, they do not wipe off the excess so when you drive off it goes all over the car.
Interior cleaning is also a joke. There was a guy that used to spray the glass cleaner on the seats and not even wipe it off. The interior glass is rarely cleaned, rear glass never. When you get in the car after they are done the dash is still dusty. If your interior is dusty going in expect it to be the same after.
So yeah, after today's service I will NEVER be going back.
