The Service in this Bank is horrible. I went the other day to change my address and one girl i think she is a RB, said that I have to go to the branch where I opened the account. I think this is a general service bank, it shouldnt be like that. Zero recommended

There's never enough employees at the counter. The line has 12 people waiting and there's only 1 employee taking people. Very badly managed

Location get slower and slower. If I could do negative stars I would! The person that should be helping the line stays seated in the front desk area doesn’t even greet anyone or ask what people on line are waiting for to better help . I waited 20 minutes just to get $100 singles… while she just scrolled back and forth on her computer pretending to work.

Still waiting in line for a teller, even after standing in line for over 45 mins. There is only one teller on a morning before a long holiday weekend.

Hello, good afternoon, I would like to make a complaint about the person you have as a manager who is when you enter the Bank. He is a very despotic person who does not help people at all. He treats people poorly. Asia People and it is not the first time that this has happened to me with him. Please, it is something very uncomfortable for the client.

Always crowded and long lines. However, the staff is very friendly and willing to help.
The biggest issue with this branch is that the ATMs are always out of service, it seems. Anytime I've stopped by after 5 p.m., the lines are super-long and only 2 of the four machines are working. Do better BoA! It's the only branch nearby and it always results in a frustrating experience!

The customer service person is very despotic and rude, she gives priority to other people even if they are not there. Trained They should change it and see how the lady acts, she is a very bad person. with Hispanics
