We've been using Brooklyn Fiber for the past five years and it's been a great experience. Any issue we've ever had was handled expeditiously and without delay. I haven't found another provider this responsive and hands on. I highly recommend them to any business in the area.

Brooklyn Fiber has been the best Internet service provider I've ever had. Excellent consistent speed at very competitive prices. I've been using them for the last few years for my studio. We upload and download a ton of data all the time working with large files from all over the world without any real issues. If I do have an issue it's great to have a real person locally that can help me. This is a game changer. I used to use the giant corporate ISPs but they never provided any customer service at this level. I prefer to shop local and I was excited to find Brooklyn Fiber. I was the first customer in my building. Shop and Support Local Businesses.

The service in general is great. a million times better than Spectrum. If there's ever an internet outage, they are always on it, and when there is an outage, it's never longer than a minute or two at the longest. Their customer service is great and always very responsive and aware of any issues you may be experiencing. Don't go with the big guys, and eliminate a lot of stress.. Go LOCAL and support your local businesses. You will not regret your decision. I've been using Brooklyn Fiber for 2 years now and have zero negative things I can think of.

In our Park Slope apartment we moved away from Verizon. It was the best decision we ever made, especially since we went to a company that never tried to "sell us" on anything. The internet service is great and so are the people. It's also affordable, which is amazing. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

We've been working with BK Fiber since 2015. Initially, I liked the idea of working with an independent ISP after having customer service issues with the bigger providers. The performance of the service has been excellent and on the rare occasions when there has been an issue they are quick to resolve it. It's always been fixed in a matter of minutes, not days.

There isn't a better ISP in New York. After 9 years with Brooklyn Fiber, I can say their down time is minuscule, and response time light speed. And, they're a local owned company. I can't say enough good things about Bk Fiber.
