Tatiana the teller is really rude and ask unnecessary questions. I keep coming here and for some reason I keep getting her.

So I noticed my review was removed so I'll write it again, the people here are dressed like there at home. I went to the teller in which I believe her name was noir or nior and she was dressed very unprofessionally with a nose ring in her nose. That wasn't what really struck me, a male teller there was wearing jeans and a polo shirt! But by the end of my visit here it all made sense, the manager herself was dressed so casual she look like she was at home. This fish stinks from the head down, employees learn from management and I could see why they looked so unprofessional. Y'all really need to get it together and act the part, you guys are in a business with finances in a professional environment. It's such a turn off being a new customer and having to view that. It seems like capital one has this issue with all there branches.

Friendliest bank in town, in one of the loveliest neighborhoods in town. The tellers don't stare at their smartphones while they attend to you. They make smalltalk-- and when they ask you how you are, you feel like it's a genuine question. The bank manager is accommodating and his smiles make clients smile. Treats for kids. I think they once had treats for dogs. Not sure.

Don't know if they are any good as a bank, but as a neighbor they stink. They don't plow the sidewalks out front when it snows, they leave their business trash on the corner next to the public trash cans so it collects over the days until sanitation finally gives in and picks it up, and the employees double park past the street cleaning times around the corner on 2nd, which leads to trucks laying down the horn for them to move.

Nice bank in one of my favorite areas, Carroll Gardens. It's located in the one area of Court Street where you have a decent chance of finding a parking spot during the midday, otherwise good luck. Nice workers inside and their 24 hour ATM is lighning quick.
