Good service. Convenient. They just need to have a better sense of urgency.

Smh. Who is the manager of this bank??? That is all I would like to know. I have been to this bank early in the morning AND late in the afternoon. Same long wait and un-organization. The day I came-in in the afternoon the wait on line was over 25 minutes. I figured since it was close to closing people like my self were rushing in. But NO! I went there today at 9:30 a.m. and same crap. They have had two tellers at the windows during both of my visits, and the line has been beyond long on both days. I have not worked in a bank, but I have 2 sisters who have worked in banks all their life so I know how they should work (one worked at the chase next door). I'm seriously thinking about closing my capital one account because this branch and the one in Canarsie are the only two that are close to me and they both SUCK!!!! Smh I barely almost passed out while waiting in line with my jacket on today. Listen to me don't go to this bank unless you are ready to be disappointed and wait at minimum 30 minutes to do a transaction. Pro: I will say the poor tellers are always nice. They try their best but the line is always long. It's a busy area... so I blame the manager. Also before I go I'd like to mention the time the bank lost power and closed early. They left a sign saying "bank closed...go to Canarsie or church." Super unprofessional.

This branch is conveniently located next to Georgetown Plaza. It was completely dark. No lights inside or out. I decided it wasn't safe to use. It may be closed or under renovation

This branch is convienient for me and there is parking across the street. However they always seem to be short staff and the more mature lady at the front is never pleasant. The branch manager is very flirtatious with the customers, which to me is not very professional. The tellers are friendly and courteous.

Horrible. Been on line for over 25 min..the tellers are slow, talking to each other, no manager in sight..and if there is no action is taken to assist in alleviating the very long line and wait time on a busy Saturday morning..horrible!

They have an amazing staff. So friendly & helpful. They do receive a lot of foot traffic though, so expect waiting in line.

This location is worst than poor. This branch doesn't keep up with the updates and doesn't even have a notary public. They are still having customers fill out deposit slips. Hello people! We don't have to do that anymore. How in the hell do you have a bank with no notary? Pretty much every account manager should be a notary. I actually had to beg an account manager in chase bank next door if he would notarize something for me. In which he did. Capital One Bank overall has been good so far but just this branch and the courtesy I never received had me questioning my choice of banking. I am so close to leaving and going to Chase or TD Bank. They never want to give you change. They always make some lame excuse stating they don't have any coins. When you walk in there majority of the higher department is lounging in the customer's waiting area. They don't greet you when you come in and when you ask them a question they look at you as if you are this strange person. You can hear them joking and laughing speaking in Patois cursing, ranting and raving. You can't use the bathroom there. They tell you their bathroom is not for the public. I saw them turn away a pregnant woman who was a member there. Where do they do that? The tellers aren't trained well at all. They forget how to do things and have to call management every time. Each time I visit (and the only reason I do is because it is convenient since I shop Walbaum's and have a mail box at the UPS store nearby) there is always a new teller there. They are firing more than hiring. I think Capital One should do a whole entire sweep of the place and get rid of them all. Start afresh.
