I cannot say enough good things about Paul and Mark. I visited Carpet Discount Center on a Monday close to closing time, and Paul immediately scheduled a measuring appointment for the very next day. They arrived promptly, completed the measurement efficiently, and even showed me a range of quality samples that fit perfectly within my budget. Paul and Mark went above and beyond, cutting the carpet before I had even made a payment. I wholeheartedly recommend Carpet Discount Center to anyone looking to upgrade their home. I would love to share pictures, but I just moved in and things are still chaotic.

Very very nasty owner.Instead he hangs up while I’m still talking to ask him a question.Obviously- this nasty owner isn’t interested in small jobsI have two set of stairwells with both having 40 steps but yet he isn’t interested.No worries, I’m sure another store will be glad to help.Brush up on your customer service skills

First of all the old white guy came in, took a look at my steps and said "we're not doing steps" & told me my current carpet is glued down & I actually helped in the installation and I told him it isn't glued down & he told me yes it is. As if he glued it down him self. I tried to explain it isn't glued down its and he just turned around and walked out the door. VERY rude and disrespectful & Def will never give them my money

I came here after searching Brooklyn for carpet for my new apartment. They got great reviews on google and I've passed this place many times in my neighborhood. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the Two brothers running the place. I walked in at 7pm and they were due to close at 8. They showed me all different types and colors of carpet, went over pricing and went above and beyond to explain all the world of carpet entails. I made an arrangement to have my apt measured for carpet and within a week of first walking in, I had the carpet installed. Mr Levy always went above and beyond, closing late to accommodate my schedule, being flexible in price to accommodate my needs. They showed up on time and was out in less than 4 hours. Mr Levy let me know if I had any issues, he would fix them. Honestly it's really hard to find longstanding businesses with superb customer service. You can tell that these guys care about their customers need. They go above and beyond to do their job and it shows...
