Thank you to Alexander Ivatorov the Relationship Banker at this Chase location who helped me open up an account. Was very quick and easy and gave us all the info that was needed. Highly recommend to speak to him when you visit this branch!

The whole parking lot is embarrassing to walk by or park in. Look at all the trash scattered everywhere. Please have this cleaned up on a daily or weekly basis. I'll take my business elsewhere

Surprised to see negative reviews about this branch. For me and my wife opening new account was so easy with the help of Daniela ohorodnyk. She was very cooperative and helpful to do all the needful to open our new account. Staff is very cooperative and well mannered. I really appreciate their customer service. Will surely continue banking with this branch..

Wheelchair accessible parking, drive through, regular parking, decent service though sometimes long waits. Has an ATM machine. Nice cozy lounge area. One of the nicest banks in southern Brooklyn.

Spoke to a Diana Marinashvili and was appalled by how she spoke to me and the attitude she had. I get it we all have bad days but she couldnt possibly be any ruder and was nasty to my child. AVOID DIANA LIKE THE PLAGUE
