I arrived early to my appointment today with Igor only to be told that he is not in. There was no form of communication whatsoever to let me know that the appointment was cancelled. This will be my first and last time going to this branch.

I had an appointment with EGOR. I arrived maybe 3 minutes late. He told us to wait for 1 minute and he started taking next customers waiting over there.. No communication and in my opinion, was not being professional at all. He didn’t seem like he wanted to help. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Chase.

Not a good bank manager sucks dot. Even let you deposit tellers are rude go to another chase bank complete scum bags I will tell all my friends and family to rather go to TD bank then this branch no one wants to be treated like garbage they won’t even let me see my safe deposit bank I had my passport and all that ridiculous try to avoid Debra she is also the worse go to Edgar he will take care of you

Terrible…I went to get help about a check. And the maybe Russian lady.. turned me away with out any help or any other communication about the situation. Only said no you have to wait.

I’m new to doing wires transfers so I know nothing besides having the account name and number. I went in yesterday to send money overseas. The man who helped me had great customer service but he didn’t tell me there was a $50 FEE and I asked for 49,400THB to be sent overseas and he said okay and sent 49,100THB and the rest went towards the fee. I didn’t realize until my dentist contacted me saying they didn’t get the full amount. So I couldn’t dispute it or do anything. I’m just thankful my dentist will let me pay the rest once I get there. 3/10 experience :/

I’m 19 I came to close my child account that my mom had set up for me when I was 3 years old and they wouldn’t allow me to even though I provided account information and ID. On top of all that they wouldn’t even let me withdraw money from my own account!

I had an appointment for 9:30 with NAYUBA SIMPSON LEWIS. I arrived maybe two minutes late. Got seen by him but the whole Entire time I felt like I was better off speaking with an automated representative. no communication and at no point did NAYUBA ask my name or in my opinion was being professional at all. All I needed was guarantee signature. Now I think about it when I came here the first time about this he didn’t seem like he wanted to help and said they usually don’t do signing for paperwork or something of the sort. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Chase and I’m still waiting for the guy!

Good staff. Lots of ATM so you don't have to wait in line unless you have to. Also has parking in the back.

Have been here a few times.They are not helpful in any way or shape with any of your banking needs.Have had multiple interactions with “Akacia” to get some small amount of cash. She never gives you the bills you want, no matter what your request (20’s or 100’s or 50’s or even singles). Even-though small amount and even though she has.They should really close down this branch.Useless!

Made an appointment to meet with a loan officer. Was there early. He walked in and proceeded to take a phone call and make us wait 30 mins after our scheduled appointment. Didn’t have much information. Complete waste of time. Could have been done on the phone. All in all I won’t be a chase customer ever. No thanks
